My cat Mila was really poorly and I thought I was going to lose her but the staff were nothing short of excellent. They collected her from me and brought her back when Mila's ordeal was over. The communication I received from them was brilliant. The staff kept me updated at all times with Mila's progress and they even rang me to see how she was getting on.
