Our dog was a regular at this vet for over 5 years and last week she was in considerable distress and dying, Dunslow vets said they would come to us to help and then let us down at the last minute saying "sorry we can't come as arranged and if you need a vet we suggest you get another" I spent hours on the phone being told my dog should go to the vet she was registered with (Dunslow) until I found one that would register my dog at short notice, all this time my dog was in distress and dying. A total lack of professionalism and care on Dunslows part. Poor show for a vet to leave an animal suffering and not care. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone!

AVOID!! After an appointment was made to help my dying dog, Dunslow cancelled at the last minute and told me to go elsewhere which is easier said than done when your registered at a certain vet, Even though my dog has been registered with them and treated by them for the last 5 years it seems in her time of most need Dunslow couldn't be bothered. My dog was in so much distress I had to pay another vet to register before I could get her any help. My dog passed away that day no thanks to Dunslow who were totally unprofessional at our time of most need. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone.

Nice and quiet when we went with two cats for their jabs. Very efficient staff and controlled the cats way better than we could have so it all went smoothly. Bit of a shock when i got the bill mind !!...

Amazing small veterinary practice. I've used some large practices over the years but Richard and his team far surpassed any other vet I've used. Great staff looked after my cat extremely well under difficult circumstances. Very thoughtful and caring. A vet you can trust to be open and honest and do what is best for your pet. Highly recommended.
