No problem is too big or too small for this dedicated team. All the staff are super friendly and there isnt a vet on the team who I wouldnt trust with my pets life. The surgery is well equiped with a large waiting room, several consulting rooms and nurses rooms. They have xray facilities, ultrasound and heart scan equipment. I usually see Matt or Jim but I have no problems seeing the new vet Tom either. I do prefer to see an illness through with one vet for continuity but if thats not possible I have no problem seeing one of the others. Read Less

Recently had our big old gentle border collie Harley in after a nasty snake bite. The staff were amazing with him so gentle and caring . All follow up care was included in the initial price as well. After been with the vet from when we got our puppy 7 years ago, things have been going downhill in the past 8 months, our dog gets a lot of ear infections each time we have been to the vet about this it has cost us about 100.00 - 150.00 each time and after 4 visit, we decided that we would try a new vet that charged us 47.00 for the same treatment (LIKE FOR LIKE). The other the reason we are moving is because on the 3rd visit my wife was in the waiting room with other people who all over overheard two of the receptionists talking and bad mouthing about one of the business in the area (TALK ABOUT PROFESSIONAL) if dont like someone or wish to talk about them like that keep it to yourself. We have had some troubled times recently with Dougal (Newfoundland) as luck has not been on his side . Once again our sorrow was turned to happiness with due to the kindness skill and affection given to Dougal by Jim, Matt, Louis and all the team. We now look forward to Dougal celebrating his 10th birthday. I only wish that us humans could experience the love and care that is given on every visit to the doctors !
