I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff for looking after our puppy Bailey. The most amazing vets ever. The ups and the downs, you helped my mum through loads with him. Words can't say how much were going to miss him. At peace at last and up there playing again. Thank you for everything you all did. Xxx

Amazing surgery saved my rabbits life several times and gave my dog wonderful treatment from day one until we said goodbye.Also not another person I would trust my horses care with either.Every member of staff from reception to the vets are lovely and can't do enough for you x x x

Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at battle flats Pock& Stamford bridge for looking after my bun Charlie (& me!) today when he wasn't eating after an anesthetic. Everyone was so supportive & professional. Special thanks to the fantastic nurse (I don't know her name!!) who looked after Charlie in Pock today& taught me how to syringe feed her this eve at SB vets. What a brilliant team & service x

Thank you so much to the staff at the practice in Strensall. I was so worried about my tortoise as she had injured her leg. The vet talked me through how to look after her while it gets better and made me feel much better about the whole thing.

The caring staff offer complete care for your animals, large or small! Battle Flatts also has a small claim to fame as it is owned by now TV Vet Matthew Brash. Situated on the Main Street in Strensall, on first impressions the building doesn't look big enough to have a veterinary surgery inside, and indeed, inside is quite compact but cosy. Battle Flatts offer a wide range of veterinary treatment and have been taking care of my pets since I moved to York some time ago. I've was extremely touched by the caring manner that I've been treated on the unfortunate occasions when 2 of my beloved animals had to be put to sleep. I would highly recommend registering your pets with Battle Flatts as the prices are reasonable and the vets and support staff are wonderful.
