Very poor service and super expensive!!! I have talked to them on the phone 1 thing, during our 2 visits another thing and when I picked up the prescription it was totally another thing. When we visited them we were asked to give our puppy 1 tablet a month, when I ask for the prescription as their prices are almost twice as expensive as online prices, I was only priscribed 1 tablet every 3 months. When I call vet to discuss this at 6:15 pm, vet told me that he prescribed what should be prscribed but it is not what we told in our 2 visit to the vet and also he did not check theit records either. He told me he is again in on Thursday and come and visit me and then he hang up on me before giving me any chance to say anything further. Very expensive as well. for 2 medication they charged me more than £15 each so £30 for a prescription and it was not even correct. Read Less

My Mum and Dad both had dogs before I was born, Grolly (Grolsch) And Toby. You all took great care of the both of them. Ever since I was young we have had our older dog, Guinness and now the newest edition to our family is Blaze, our pup (Leggy).
