Best vets we have ever used. Every staff member is helpful and caring and nothing is too much trouble. Genuinely run by animal lovers who see your pet as family and treat accordingly. By far the best vets in York with staff that explain everything clearly and willing to take owners views into consideration. Also have Physio’s, accupunturist etc connected to the practice which means you have access to both medical and alternative treatments. 100% recommendation.

They've helped so much and are excellent with pets. 24 hours open is a bonus and are usually happy to take in strays and help them find their home or make sure they're in the hands of good charities that can rehome them. May cost more than other vets at times but excellent service makes me go back anyway. Oh and pet care plan is excellent.

Really friendly practice with lovely, helpful and caring staff.
There is a small, convenient car park located next to the building with one space marked for use with a disabled badge. There are dropped curbs and level entry to the building although the front door opens manually and is very heavy. There is no bell for assistance although the reception staff would easily be able to see somebody waiting at the door. The floor inside is level, with plenty of space to move around and easy access to the reception desk.

They've helped so much and are excellent with pets. 24 hours open is a bonus and are usually happy to take in strays and help them find their home or make sure they're in the hands of good charities that can rehome them.
