Took my puss to Salisbury Road after Crockey Hill vet advised me to do so. She had pus on her lungs on Christmas Eve, in a bad way bless her. Nurses, receptionists and vets all very kind and caring of both Buzz and myself. Welcomed me visiting her out of normal hours. Have done a great job with her within the limited possibilities and just waiting now to see if her dramatic improvement after 10 days as an inpatient continues. Thank you so much for your care and treatment. Read Less

We took our greyhound Max to Willow Grove to have him put to sleep. Sarah had xrayed him the Wednesday previously and discovered what looked like a tumour on his front leg. She thought it would be aggressive and leave him unable to weight bear. We were sent home with pain killers. Today we made the decision to let him go due to his struggles to do normal doggy things. At our request Sarah dealt with him in the car, which was a favourite place for Max. Sarah also suggested a pre med to ensure he felt no pain when the final injection came. We took him for a short drive before taking him back when he was fast asleep. Sarah was then able to put him to sleep without him even being aware of anything. Both Sarah and the receptionist went above the call of duty to make sure Max's minutes were as stress free as possible. She was spot on with the diagnosis and I am so grateful for the gentle and thoughtful we treated all of us. She is a credit to the practice and will be a reason we stay when we get our next dog. We are constantly told how much cheaper Vets4Pets are but Sarah showed us today its not just about the cost. So thank you Sarah, for making today that little bit easier.Read Less

Thank you to willow grove practice for the kindness shown to Pippin our parrot. The vet/Katie and receptionist went over their surgery time for me to run home and fetch Pippin so they could fit pippin in for a visit. It wasn't easy to do but they assured me they would wait to see our bird. Sadly it was not a good outcome but the aftercare by their exotic pet vet to talk things through helped us come to terms with the results. A big thank you that was very much appreciated . Pippin also had fantastic in between care from Mark at battle flatts who tried to keep him with us . Read Less
