Reception staff very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our first appointment was with a nurse, they were very friendly and gentle with our kitten, who when we brought her in was feral. She was patient and quiet with her. She gave us lots of information on how to raise a feral kitten. Our second appointment which was with a vet I was very disappointed with. The vet was rude, handled the kitten fairly rough, the kitten had come along nicely by this point, so this could have reversed her progress, and had very strong opinions on what we should feed her, even though me and my husband had thoroughly discussed her diet between ourselves, and didn't ask for the vets opinion on diet. He continued to tell us what we "should" feed our kitten throughout the appointment. From his rude attitude I thought about walking out of the appointment, and would have done if my kitten did not need vaccinating. This is the first and last time we will be using vets for pets Clifton moor.

Extremely friendly reception staff, Nursing staff always efficient and professional. Great package deals on offer to ensure your are able to affordably look after your pet. The practice was able to give my puppy an appointment for his first vaccinations with less than 24 hours notice. 10 out of 10, very happy with the care this practice provides my puppy.

Would not trust this vet with my pets - they never give you accurate prices and whenever I have brought my cats in for procedures they have always come out with something else wrong with them inflicte...
Would not trust this vet with my pets - they never give you accurate prices and whenever I have brought my cats in for procedures they have always come out with something else wrong with them inflicted on them by the vet. They also refuse to accept any liability and then expect you or your insurance company to pay for their mistakes. Only 2 good things are the reception staff and the vet nurses who have always been friendly and helpful. If you value your pet, go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this practice. Paul and the team are always so lovely with me and my 3 cats (and my foster kittens when I have some). It’s always super easy to get an appointment and they always manage to fit you in. They offer good advice and don’t try to rip you off, and they go out of their way to help with stuff like prescriptions, insurance claims etc. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I actually drive 10 miles to come here rather than use the vet round the corner, because I like their service so much. Also - they’re open Saturdays and Sundays - which is blooming fabulous!! Thank you Vets for Pets Clifton Moor.
Also - the reception staff are always really lovely too.

Always had great experience with this vets. Reception staff always friendly and the vet was really good with my dog who is mostly scared of people. Very knowledgable and gave me lots of useful advice for treating my dogs allergies.
They also have a really good pay monthly package which makes injections/fleaing and worming more affordable.

. Also before the money situation we bought 2 rabbits that both died within a day of purchasing from here it was truley heartbreaking . It's the way u breed them all with there own! Not the first time iv heard of how quick animals die from pets at home . Wasn't you even on watch dog once?

I've always had a great service from Vets4Pets, from the people at reception through to the nurses and vets. All the staff are always very friendly, helpful and reassuring. My cat has got himself into a couple of scrapes and there have always been same-day appointments available. Would recommend.

Reception staff very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our first appointment was with a nurse, they were very friendly and gentle with our kitten, who when we brought her in was feral. She was patient and quiet with her. She gave us lots of information on how to raise a feral kitten. Our second appointment which was with a vet I was very disappointed with. The vet was rude, handled the kitten fairly rough, the kitten had come along nicely by this point, so this could have reversed her progress, and had very strong opinions on what we should feed her, even though me and my husband had thoroughly discussed her diet between ourselves, and didn't ask for the vets opinion on diet. Extremely friendly reception staff, Nursing staff always efficient and professional. Great package deals on offer to ensure your are able to affordably look after your pet. Would not trust this vet with my pets - they never give you accurate prices and whenever I have brought my cats in for procedures they have always come out with something else wrong with them inflicted on them by the vet. They also refuse to accept any liability and then expect you or your insurance company to pay for their mistakes. Only 2 good things are the reception staff and the vet nurses who have always been friendly and helpful. If you value your pet, go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this practice. Paul and the team are always so lovely with me and my 3 cats (and my foster kittens when I have some). It’s always super easy to get an appointment and they always manage to fit you in. They offer good advice and don’t try to rip you off, and they go out of their way to help with stuff like prescriptions, insurance claims etc. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I've always had a great service from Vets4Pets, from the people at reception through to the nurses and vets. All the staff are always very friendly, helpful and reassuring. My cat has got himself into a couple of scrapes and there have always been same-day appointments available. Would recommend.
