Took our pup here for his second vaccination. They gave him a different type and claimed the time since the first one was to long so had to start again... it had been 3 weeks!! People avoid that place ! It's a rip off and not good service! Vet can speak even good English to communicate and explain what is wrong with pet and what they have done . All the time referring to my male cat "she" even thou I told him it's HE. My poor cat had stones in his bladder so they charged me £285 just for inserting catheter . What is more I was told I need to bring him for check up following day and day after. I brought my cat for check up . There was no one to help vet to remove catheter so I HAD TO ASSIST. Packed my cat to car and receptionist knocked my window to tell me there is a charge of £20 for today . What for ? Check up supposed to be for free and even I had to assist to remove it ! Vet kept saying that check up was for free but not removing catheter . RIP OFF ! Never again . Heard bad opinions before . Now can only confirm! Read Less

BE AWARE Took cat for an easy procedure. Signed forms 2 state no pain relief or collar as not needed. Breached contract, gave me antibiotics which they stated was 'just in case' the bill was triple than what was explained. Offered a payment plan 2 pay off within 3 weeks...was told to bring medication back along with the cat and the cat would be given back after final payment! (ransom). They ended call saying I would be taken to a debt agency. Then 30mins later I had a call from RSPCA stating vets had called them saying I was refusing her medication and follow up appointment!!! (seriously) have registered with a nice new vet that explained follow up appointments are a minimum of 3 days after op and not before. Antibiotics are not needed and advised not to take the cat back to the Vets as they may hold on to him. Absolutely shocking vets. STAY AWAY-It may be cheap but it's all about the money and not the welfare of the animal. Read Less

Took our dog here this time last year, they seriously messed up his tablets, they even charged loads of money for their mess, our dog was dead within a week, our dog should have had years left, they sent an apology letter after we complained but I can see little has changed a year later, we cannot forgive them for causing the death of our dog. You would be better off going to a different Vet. We soon found out why they were eager to cremate him, we didn't let them have his body. The new female vet, not the one in photo was so negligent in combination with receptionist who issued my dogs meds they killed him , if you love your dog avoid this place! There was a good male vet who if he had been seen by the same man, our dog who was greatly loved would have survived.
