We have used Easipetcare since it opened and found the staff very professional and caring. We recently had to have one of our beloved dogs p t s and the vet and his assistant could not have been more sympathetic. We even received a hand written condolence card through the post. Easipetcare in Kettering is definitely not local to me, but having taken my dogs to other vets over the years I feel it is well worth the travel. From the warm welcome at reception and the compassionate and caring vets who are willing to answer any questions without making you feel rushed, it makes you feel they truly care and the prices are excellent too. Was really happy when a Dartford practice opened as had used the Chatham one before. We've thankfully only needed a dog spay and kitten starter packs, and neuterings for our 2 moggies and sphynx so far but will always use these guys. And the Dartford practice staff are second to none, so friendly and don't rush you through like some vets we've been to and we've tried them all in the area trying to find the perfect one. NOOO!!! Our poor baby!! (Cat) our around 7 years old cat. We went in to get her teeth cleaned and then get informed that she has two rotten teeth and advised to have these taken out when cleaning her teeth! So she went to have an operation to take these out. When operation was over and we got her back / out we found out that she had 13 teeth out!!! 13!! Without confirming that if it was okay with us!! She DID NOT NEED 13 TEETH OUT!!! All for adding to the cost if u ask me... She's now developed a horrible! Massive painful ulcer in her mouth!!! She will hardly eat, haven't seen her drink :/ Mums been trying to give her some food! But bless her!! She's sooo in pain!! And not herself at all!!! I can just think she's not eating as it's obviously hurting her way too much!! Don't take your pets here!! If I could give no stars I would for this review but I can't so it had to be one star.... it's not on!! .... all about the money in my eyes!!!....... My Sweeties just not herself :( :(Read Less

Took our Guinea pig to be put to sleep was shown straight to a room even though the waiting area was full. Staff were very sympathetic and we were out within ten minutes. They made a stressful and upsetting time a bit easier especially for my distraught daughter. Can't thank them enough for the great service. Read Less

my mum and my sister took my two King Charles spaniels here too have what we through would be a simple surgery to have two of there back teeth removed... 8 hours and lots of lies later this is what actually happened during the procedure. We where told be one vet when they where taken down for a recent check up that our two lovely dogs would only be put under sedation... BOTH of our dogs where put to sleep using general anaesthetic without our knowledge, when picking our girls up we where told that they don't put King Charles spaniels through sedation, due to most of the bread having heart conditions... We where also told that both dogs would only require removal of two teeth... When we picked them up... Both of our dogs have each had 8 teeth removed... Including there front teeth, please bare in mind that they are 3 or 5 years old, so have no baby teeth left and the teeth they have now had removed will not grow back... There was absolutely no mention of any kind of problem at all with any other tooth except the ones which they originally went in to have removed... The explanation we got when asked why... Was that there teeth where wonky... They where not in pain and coped perfectly fine, they are now in pain and will not be able to eat there normal food until they learn to adapt with having significantly fewer teeth all of a sudden! After finding all this out, we went to pay for the procedure... It was DOUBLE what we originally told... We where showed the notes from the vets regarding the price for the procedure and again, on the notes, not what we where told at all... And the explanation we got for all of this? A language barrier! I'm not normal one to post so publicly about something like this, but I am absolutely disgusted by this situation and how it was handled by the staff involved at ketterings easy pet care. Our dogs have now been removed from the register here and we will be going somewhere else where we can trust the people looking after our girls! I would also like to say that we will be putting in a formal complaint... And we will be taking this further! PLEASE DON'T REGISTER YOUR ANIMALS HERE! well when i recently took my dog to easipetcare i really was unsatisfied with their work first of all when we took her for her check-up the vet was not professional at all didn't explain any of the procedures that was going to be took place, the vet wasn't friendly towards my dog at one point he was choking her till the point that she was struggling breath, didn't do what he was supposed to do, truthfully didn't seem like he had a clue what he was doing and shouldn't be able to class himself as a professional vet, then when we took her back for the operation she was getting done on her ear was firstly started it late... and after the op they had let her out way to early she was still all sleepy and she could hardly stand up let a known walk and as soon as we got outside the bandage they had supposed to have secured tight and properly came off straight away for us to have to take her back in to get re-bandaged up but was still a poor job and has now has came all loose and keeps falling off. i didn't know how to complaint so i thought id let other customers aware of how they are treating the animals they seem more bothered about the money than the care and health of the animals its appalling behavior.Read Less
