I cannot fault the staff and vet Laura is amazing my little dog Binkie absolutely loves her she doesn’t won’t to go with other people but when she sees Laura she goes happily in tail wagging

I took my new kitten Noctis here today to get his second lot of vaccinations. Upon arriving at the surgery, a very agitated dog was barking loudly, which in turn terrified my kitten.

I took my new kitten Noctis here today to get his second lot of vaccinations. Upon arriving at the surgery, a very agitated dog was barking loudly, which in turn terrified my kitten.
One of the members of staff came out quickly to stroke and reassure the dog (showing they truly care for the animals) and then offered us a private room to sit in, so Noctis could relax.
The vet we then saw, was very friendly and gentle with him, and he calmed down considerably. Cannot praise then enough for their evident compassion towards the animals.

They are like a family unit & it shows.
From walking through the door to leaving you are treated with a level of kindness, professionalism & knowledge that l have never had from any other vets & I have been to a couple of bad ones, walked out never to return.
I wouldn't take my cat's anywhere else. One was always scared of the vets. Not anymore. That says it all for me.

My friend told me to try this Vets with my dog. So glad I came here. The receptionists are friendly the nurses also seem friendly and the male vet was able to be best mates with my nervous dog thanks...

From walking through the door to leaving you are treated with a level of kindness, professionalism & knowledge that l have never had from any other vets & I have been to a couple of bad ones, walked out never to return.
I wouldn't take my cat's anywhere else. One was always scared of the vets. Not anymore. That says it all for me.
