10 hours ago Got charged 50% more this time for the same emergency surgery they performed 18 months ago on another one of our dogs (that surgery was out of hours so should of been even more before). Was told to pay £1000 up front to make sure the cost was covered before they even started. They seemed to just pluck a number out of there head for the cost and couldnt explained why the cost was that much more now. There was £20 left from the £1000 deposit We made to be told, when i ask for it back its only £20! I cant fault the vet care. Just shame they're a rip off, was only in the vets for 1.5 hours and cost £980 i feel scammed. Wouldnt dread to think what a major op would cost with an over night stay. Read Less

I've always had great experiences here with my dogs, the team clearly really love animals and strive to help them and their owners. They have some brilliant deals in place such as the jab for life deal. For just £100 your dog can have all its inoculation boosters for life, and if you have the original two as a puppy it's just a few pound more. Fantastic deal as we have five dogs so this has saved us allot of money and hassle finding the cash each year. Read Less

I’ve taken my dog here for past 9 years. For first 7 years could not fault the care my dog received, except they missed she and a problem with her tear duct in one eye and kept saying it was ulcers. For last 2 years it seems they are more interested in money than the care. Checks which have always been included in the examination price are now charged extra but without telling you and also when tear duct is improving wanting increase current mediation and provide different one which is more costly. What used to be £50 for a check up and vaccination is now £140! Also she broke her nail 7 months ago and had an operation on it to take the nail out only for it to grow at a different angle, clearly the toe was broken and was missed. I would pay anything for my dog but it seems that this vet sadly thinks that owners are cash cows. Will definitely be changing vets. Read Less
