We have used Johnstons vets for well over 20 years now and have at all times been very well and caringly looked after.....our thanks to ALL the staff who are super lovely but have to mention the lovely Kerin, who has a very special place in our hearts....we currently have a very old scruffy fluffy who, while he loves everyone else, he really isn’t keen on going to the vets!!! Kerin always takes so much time and care with him and we appreciate her ( and all the team so very much).....we 100% recommend Johnston’s vets .....thank you x

Friendly professional vets - was worried about my cats both needing anaethetics for removal of teeth.. all was well with both of them and I was extremely impressed with vet (Anja) who performed both surgeries. Including a castration at rge same time on my youngest cat. Both recovered well with a free post op check included in the price.
Would recommend this Vetinary Practise

The vets are very thorough and helpful - I'm very impressed with how gentle Thumper's vet was today. He didn't flinch at all during his vaccination and microchip! Thank you

Care of your pet is in my opinion not their priority - I'm saddened to say service here has not been good of recent times and after a recent bad experience have left this practice and won't be returni...
Care of your pet is in my opinion not their priority - I'm saddened to say service here has not been good of recent times and after a recent bad experience have left this practice and won't be returning. Out of hours is fielded out to Northampton, hope you don't need help in an emergency, if you do it will cost you a lot here. Swapped to a local competitor and can honestly say that it has been the best decision I've made!

Really disappointed with them! I had been with them for over three years last month my dog got mastitis I took her to the vet she was given antibodies, she didn't get better I took her back and was told she needed an op, they took her on the Thursday morning two hours later I got a call saying she didn't need op, after picking her up that evening and only being home two hours she bled a lot I Rang them back wanting to take her back in but was told it was not just blood but the infection had to come out some how as she had an appointment for the Friday she'll be fine until then! Conversation was changed to puppies I was left feeling upset and they made me feel I was over reacting regarding the blood loss of my dog, listening to her cry in pain was not nice! When we took her the following day she was taken from me the next I know the vets telling me she needs to operate (I knew that but was not listened too, had it been done when we were told she needed it her suffering would have been less), costs involved were a lot higher due to her them having to go to hospital in northampton for overnight stay (not needed had she had op done day before) not once have we had an apology, the vet involved miraculously is no longer with them (wonder why) the manager at the practice is rude, we've gone through cvs who own the vets and they're just as rude! The only thing they care about is your money not the animal. Will I remove this status NO, IT'S FACT! I've been asked for my opinion and I've given it!

Friendly professional vets - was worried about my cats both needing anaethetics for removal of teeth.. all was well with both of them and I was extremely impressed with vet (Anja) who performed both surgeries. Including a castration at rge same time on my youngest cat. Both recovered well with a free post op check included in the price.
Would recommend this Vetinary Practise
