Have a week and a half old puppy, who's very poorly. Rang duns depo, very helpful but didn't have the correct medicine was asked to contact berwick, had said we were heading down straight away but was...
Have a week and a half old puppy, who's very poorly. Rang duns depo, very helpful but didn't have the correct medicine was asked to contact berwick, had said we were heading down straight away but was told it closed at half past 6, we said we were on route would be there as fast as we can, got there at 6.32pm!! Closed!!! Disgrace, even have a dog account who's been seen there before. Clearly not interested, could have waited 5 or 10 minutes, hopefully our wee puppy survives!! Disgusting unprofessional service, didn't even want to give the one star!! Girl on the phone wasn't even helpful.

The treatment & staff are great. Took my Springer pup for his last vaccination this evening and as pups do he pee'd on the floor. I informed the desk staff, who said that they would deal with it. 15 mins later I left after vaccination & the puddle was still there, after several customers had already walked through it... Great vets but this is a basic hygiene issue.

The best vets I have ever had in my 30 years of owning pets. So considerate and helpful, they really do go out of their way and do everything they can in caring for your pets. I've never seen vets be so loving and gentle to animals like they are at Galedins. Such friendly and warm people to talk to, very positive and reassuring; other vets I've been to have been formal, seemed in a rush to get you out or caused my pets to be stressed. I can't recommend them enough, I've never known a vets like them.

I would rate Galedin Vets at Berwick upon Tweed with more than 5 stars, the kindness & dedication that all the staff show towards animals is wonderful. They looked after my labradors when they had illnesses & then when they had to be put to sleep, they showed true loving feelings towards my girls as they breathed their last breathe. Thank you so much to you all for the lovely card, we appreciated everything you did for our girls. Thank you.

Compared to other branches this one is quite modern and set up primarily as a money making machine. Visited with badly cut poor as closer, staff unfortunately only seem interested in using credit card. No real feeling towards animals.
Others have said the same, here animals seem to take second place, at their other local branches it's the other way round.

Amazing service, called the emergency vet line on saturday night for my dog, thinking she had pyometra, they had her in first thing sunday morning and she was out of surgery by 11.30 and coming around...
Amazing service, called the emergency vet line on saturday night for my dog, thinking she had pyometra, they had her in first thing sunday morning and she was out of surgery by 11.30 and coming around. They really put my mind at ease by calling to let us know how she was every couple of hours etc. And we even got her home that same day! Even though they thought she may need to stay in. Thank you! X

Had an emergency call out for my horse Sunday evening. Couldn't have asked more from the on call vet and then Iain coming out again Monday. Tuesday today and my boy is back to his normal self .

The best vets I have ever had in my 30 years of owning pets. So considerate and helpful, they really do go out of their way and do everything they can in caring for your pets. I've never seen vets be so loving and gentle to animals like they are at Galedins. Compared to other branches this one is quite modern and set up primarily as a money making machine. Visited with badly cut poor as closer, staff unfortunately only seem interested in using credit card. No real feeling towards animals.
Others have said the same, here animals seem to take second place, at their other local branches it's the other way round.

Amazing service, called the emergency vet line on saturday night for my dog, thinking she had pyometra, they had her in first thing sunday morning and she was out of surgery by 11.30 and coming around.
