Recently registered with this practice and have to say that Ross, who came out for vaccination and dental, was brilliant. A refreshing experience which has restored my faith.

Just to note from a previous post and a reply from Bearl Equine payment was made in full and county court judgement is still in place due to there incompetence in this matter.

Quoted from the owner of this Practice after he gave my mare a ex-ray of her tooth (cost £500) that she needed a tooth removed I wasn’t insured so he quoted me max price £1000 so left her there to remove it. Returned to Practice to pick her up to receive a whopping bill of £2500 not happy at all as if I’d known this I would of got a second opinion. Unbelievingly it has cost me £2500 total rip off! Received a price afterwards from a well known vets in Morpeth told me standard price for tooth extraction £480 regardless of how long it takes them! Bearl equine took my eyes out and come back for my sockets! Seriously avoid!

This case was for facial surgery under general anaesthetic. The client was involved in all decisions and agreed to costs prior to surgery. This was not a simple tooth extraction and the clinic was not paid. The client is now being pursued by the debt collector after failing to reply to any communication.

Amazing vets friendly staff, Ross has visited our stubborn horse a couple of times, as we are novice horse owners he spent time answering all our questions, wouldn't use anyone else

I would not recommend these so called professionals ever, I've been told that my horse's health does NOT matter after spending near enough 1500.00 on blurry MRI scans.

I used these guys for the first time today they were really kind and understanding, Jonathan was very informative and answered all the questions I asked even if they did seem a little silly to me he was very professional, Emily was great too and so was the reception staff they were very kind and welcoming. I will be happy to use them again and I will be changing my vets to these there attitudes were very positive and the facilities were brilliant. Thank you again Bearl
