This vet has been the best I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried several. The prices are reasonable, but most importantly, they see you quickly. I had an emergency with a chicken recently and they had me come in straight away. We were sorted and out the door quickly and the staff are always fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Would strongly recommend to anyone who wants a vet with a bit more of a personal touch.

After a really bad experience at another veterinary practice in Grantham, we switched to Bray and we have been really pleased with the care they've shown. Every vet we've seen so far has been great. We feel like they treat our pets as they would their own. The one disadvantage of the switch is having to travel to Lincoln for out of hours care but the switch has been worth it

Following a serious accident, Bray House vets have been superb at providing on-going care and support for both my cat and me. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the vets and nurses. After having been registered with all the other vets in Grantham at some point or other with previous pets in my opinion Bray House are head and shoulders above the rest due to their caring compassionate nature and real interest in providing the best possible standards of care for you pet whilst being realistic about long term prognosis. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Seen 3 different vets, two if them were great, understanding and patient. The other one was the opposite, didn't seem to care that my dog was clearly uncomfortable and then had the cheek to tell me I should have spayed her before her season! Even though she is a nervous girl who wasn't fully developed. When this was mentioned she said all behaviour problems can be easily fixed after spaying! This has put me off the vets completely. I wish I knew the vets name as she clearly needs training in behaviour before making such ridiculous comments! The other two vets we have seen were lovely and though again one seemed pushy about spaying they were understanding when we gave our reasons x

I was recommended your surgery by a work colleague & I can honestly & truly say I loved the care my puppy got at your surgery, lovely caring & friendly staff :-)))). I then changed my elderly German shepherd to you's also, she visited once & my partner said the vet was lovely, she was on the floor fussing her & he said she was amazing & so caring to our lovely old girl, but only a couple of weeks later on Christmas eve 2013 she had an accident @ home where she damaged her back, rang around the vets as my poor girl was in so much pain, we wanted her to be seen as soon as possible, we had to leave phone messages, as it was out of hours, you's rang u's back to then to be told we had to take her to Nottingham, I hadn't realised this, we were told if it's an emergency we would have to take her to Nottingham or Melton Mowbray, Nottingham was on call that night, my partner had to drive Skye to Nottingham at around 9pm, we made her as comfortable as we could for her trip in the car, I couldn't believe she had to go all that way with a damaged back, unable to walk or stand, it makes me feel very very sad & guilty that this is what we had to do to her, I still remember the pain in her eyes, she knew, I cried said my goodbyes, but prayed she would be ok & come home, but I knew deep down she wouldn't be coming home, once there our 12- 1/2yr old Skye had to be put to sleep RIP Skye, love & miss you xxxxxxx. This has me now questioning what to do with my puppy, I really don't want to move him, I was just wondering are you in the future going to be changing the way this emergency service works, maybe something like what the GP's do, an out of hours at one "local" base or even having your own vet on call in emergencies , I'm really really hoping I get a reply I'm hoping to here Thankyou x

We have used Bray House for approx 15 years. They are compassionate and will do/try anything to help your pet whilst being honest at the same time. Our last dog Bruce would not have lasted as long as he did had he not received the excellent care of the vets here. Will always use them; don't be tempted to use the cheap vet that have plastered Melton in advertising, you wont get the service like you do at Bray House - our pets are worth it!

We have been using Bray House Vets in Grantham for nearly a year with our small animals. The staff are brilliant - very knowledgeable and gentle with our pets, and have lots of good advice to offer. We feel the prices are fair.
Having used both Avenue Vets and Kirks Vets with small animals and dogs in the past, I can honestly say you don't get the same level of care as you do with Bray House and that's what I really like about Bray House.
A brilliant vet practice and we would recommend them to anyone.

Bray House have looked after our dog for three years now and we have no complaints what so ever. The receptionists/ nurses are polite and extremely helpful. The vets are absolutely fantastic with our dog.

After a really bad experience at another veterinary practice in Grantham, we switched to Bray and we have been really pleased with the care they've shown. Every vet we've seen so far has been great. We feel like they treat our pets as they would their own. The one disadvantage of the switch is having to travel to Lincoln for out of hours care but the switch has been worth it

Following a serious accident, Bray House vets have been superb at providing on-going care and support for both my cat and me. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the vets and nurses. After having been registered with all the other vets in Grantham at some point or other with previous pets in my opinion Bray House are head and shoulders above the rest due to their caring compassionate nature and real interest in providing the best possible standards of care for you pet whilst being realistic about long term prognosis. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Seen 3 different vets, two if them were great, understanding and patient. The other one was the opposite, didn't seem to care that my dog was clearly uncomfortable and then had the cheek to tell me I should have spayed her before her season! Even though she is a nervous girl who wasn't fully developed. When this was mentioned she said all behaviour problems can be easily fixed after spaying! This has put me off the vets completely. I wish I knew the vets name as she clearly needs training in behaviour before making such ridiculous comments! The other two vets we have seen were lovely and though again one seemed pushy about spaying they were understanding when we gave our reasons x

I was recommended your surgery by a work colleague & I can honestly & truly say I loved the care my puppy got at your surgery, lovely caring & friendly staff :-)))). I then changed my elderly German shepherd to you's also, she visited once & my partner said the vet was lovely, she was on the floor fussing her & he said she was amazing & so caring to our lovely old girl, but only a couple of weeks later on Christmas eve 2013 she had an accident @ home where she damaged her back, rang around the vets as my poor girl was in so much pain, we wanted her to be seen as soon as possible, we had to leave phone messages, as it was out of hours, you's rang u's back to then to be told we had to take her to Nottingham, I hadn't realised this, we were told if it's an emergency we would have to take her to Nottingham or Melton Mowbray, Nottingham was on call that night, my partner had to drive Skye to Nottingham at around 9pm, we made her as comfortable as we could for her trip in the car, I couldn't believe she had to go all that way with a damaged back, unable to walk or stand, it makes me feel very very sad & guilty that this is what we had to do to her, I still remember the pain in her eyes, she knew, I cried said my goodbyes, but prayed she would be ok & come home, but I knew deep down she wouldn't be coming home, once there our 12- 1/2yr old Skye had to be put to sleep RIP Skye, love & miss you xxxxxxx. This has me now questioning what to do with my puppy, I really don't want to move him, I was just wondering are you in the future going to be changing the way this emergency service works, maybe something like what the GP's do, an out of hours at one "local" base or even having your own vet on call in emergencies , I'm really really hoping I get a reply I'm hoping to here Thankyou x

We have used Bray House for approx 15 years. They are compassionate and will do/try anything to help your pet whilst being honest at the same time. Our last dog Bruce would not have lasted as long as he did had he not received the excellent care of the vets here. Will always use them; don't be tempted to use the cheap vet that have plastered Melton in advertising, you wont get the service like you do at Bray House - our pets are worth it!

We have been using Bray House Vets in Grantham for nearly a year with our small animals. The staff are brilliant - very knowledgeable and gentle with our pets, and have lots of good advice to offer. We feel the prices are fair.
Having used both Avenue Vets and Kirks Vets with small animals and dogs in the past, I can honestly say you don't get the same level of care as you do with Bray House and that's what I really like about Bray House.
A brilliant vet practice and we would recommend them to anyone.
