I brought my miniature poodle in on Saturday 24feb with a limp I was visiting relatives so this was not my vet as I live in Suffolk ,they saw me and said that there was nothing broken which was good and gave her an injection for the pain and some medicine,what they did not notice was the pad was swollen and infected which my vet picked up straight away ,and paying 60.00 for something they did not notice very bad personally the vet I see a young girl just did not have the experience as wrong diagnosis was made not good enough certainly wouldn't bring my dog to this vet again

Me and my dog love coming here. Staff are friendly and vets/vet nurses are helpful, honest and don't try to rip you off like they could do. Only reason ive not given it 5 stars is because the waiting area is quite small and some customers do not always have full control of their animals in the small area
