I had to take my boy in today as he was not well. I got in with in the hour. We Was seen by a young kind caring lady. Who had a dedication to the animals. I can not thank them enough. And i will be joining the practice with all my family animals, so all of them can get the great care they give. The lady explained exectly what was going to happen. What it would cost. Had to take the dog for an emergency appointment after splitting her tongue, she was out within a couple hours of us taking her, and our dog seems much more comfortable. All the staff were lovely and helpful, couldn't fault the place. Read Less

I have used this vet for about 25 years and have always received the best of care for my dogs. When my beautiful Great Dane became suddenly ill 2 years ago he had the most compassionate care anyone could have given which helped both him and me through the most awful of times. Sadly he collapsed and died but the surgery staff continued to provide very thoughtful care for me. I have a new puppy now and would not consider taking him anywhere else. Fantastic, warm, welcoming veterinary clinic! It's amazing how in one week after lovely Ailsa prescribed my poorly hamster Pip anti biotics that he is up and about with all ailments cleared up, at over 2 and a half I didn't think he'd pull through, but Ailsa was fabulous with him and his now enjoying his OAP life - thank you everyone! My family & me have been taking our pets to Forest Vets for as long as I can remember. I just want to say a massive thanks to Tom at the moment for all his help, time & care for my old cat Tigger who has been through so much. Tom has been amazing, Tigger is perhaps coming to the end of his almost 16 years but Tom has done everything he can for Tigger & us. First class vets! We saw Tom who is fantastic with reptiles! We had a poorly chameleon that we adopted from its other owner, sadly due to the amount of neglect he had suffered at the hands of his previous owner pascal couldn't be saved! But Tom did everything to try and help pascal to find the strength to pull through. I would like to make clear it was not through any fault of the vets, they did everything to support and advise us and treat him. Been going here for a year and never had any problems. Can always get an appointment and professionalism is great. Our last vets didn't really communicate with us when we wanted answers, we had two very sick dogs, but at Forest Vets we can actually get a conversation out of our vet, and help, with real genuine concern, for any problems we have.
