At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Myself and my family cannot thank the staff at this vets enough, my cat had been in an accident and it was late in the evening by the time we got to the vets, the staff were just shutting but they stayed open to help us. Unfortunately our family pet passed away but without these guys we wouldn’t have had the help, support or empathy. They went up and beyond their means and we shall be forever thankful for their compassion .

Nice and clean, most of the vets are very much up to scratch and will help wherever they can, be prepared to wait however as it can get quite busy during the afternoon.

Amazing vets the staff so friendly and helpful they go out of their way to help you from the reception staff to the nurses to the vets ( especially Richard and Chloe who are both amazing people) they have helped me and my dogs so much just wonderful service. Lynn is amazing at dealing with insurance claims couldn’t have done with out her she’s great do a huge thanks to all. Would never use another vets.

Cat with diabetes. We see Diana and she has been very helpful and informative, from the day she informed us Pebbles had diabetes. We only see Diana as she is familiar with our cat. It is taking a lot of time and patience to get Pebbles on the right dose, but our cat is well worth it
The reception staff are very polite and bubbly.
We would recommend friends and family to go here.

This practice has looked after our pets for years. They will take the time to talk things over with you and spell out what can be done. Most recently we heard, 'just because a pet is old we will never give up on them'. They didn't, and we are just going to walk the dogs up to Vets 4 Pets with a tub of chocs to say thanks. We may have our old-ish dog a few more years yet!

In holiday at sherwood pines and my dog started weeing blood, this vets fit us in straight away and all sorted (antibiotics for infection) by a lovely friendly team straight away! Thank you vets 4 pet...

Helpful staff and good vets but when you need a good vet you can rely on when it comes to pet insurance don't rely on vets 4 pets. Most treatments cost less than 250 per time i.e. Blood tests for a me...
Helpful staff and good vets but when you need a good vet you can rely on when it comes to pet insurance don't rely on vets 4 pets. Most treatments cost less than 250 per time i.e. Blood tests for a medium size dog is 180. Because its less than 250 you have to pay it out first and claim it back. Its up to the vet if they will claim direct from the insurance company and unless you have lots of spare cash DONT rely on vets 4 pets when it comes to pet insurance. You would think that such a big company as vets 4 pets would let you pay the excess on your insurance and they claim the rest from your insurance company like most vets do but unfortunately not.

Myself and my family cannot thank the staff at this vets enough, my cat had been in an accident and it was late in the evening by the time we got to the vets, the staff were just shutting but they stayed open to help us. Unfortunately our family pet passed away but without these guys we wouldn’t have had the help, support or empathy. Amazing vets the staff so friendly and helpful they go out of their way to help you from the reception staff to the nurses to the vets ( especially Richard and Chloe who are both amazing people) they have helped me and my dogs so much just wonderful service.
