Park Hall Veterinary Clinic was established in 1978 by the practice principle, Margaret Wharmby.
As a practice we pride ourselves on being able to offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, whilst maintaining an excellent level of service for you and your pet. We constantly strive to exceed your expectations in both veterinary care and customer service as well as value for money.
Our dedicated team of seven veterinary surgeons, six veterinary nurses, receptionists and yard staff offer your pet round the clock care- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Because of this we, your chosen practice, are able to give continuous care to your animals without the worry of having to transfer to another facility for the out of hours period.

Terrible experience. They need to learn what consent is. My dog was given medications without my consent or even telling me about it until I asked for an invoice because I was being charged so much. I complained to management detailing 8 breaches of the vetenary code of practice and I was told there wasn't a problem with it. Their licence should be revoked. DO NOT USE THEM. If they have provided their overpriced drugs or unethical service to you and you are interested in making a claim against them please reach out and let me know.

Emma is now treating him for an autoimmune skin disease and as done a brilliant job in getting this under control.He is not the easiest dog to handle but they are both great with him

Gave incorrect diagnosis. Cat almost died due to their faulty equipment and they still had the cheek to bill me for a test that was done on faulty equipment. If you love your pets, don't go here.

Brilliant vets! My fur baby cat has had a tough 4 weeks, broken leg and have to have a couple of toes off. Steph his vet always makes time to see him early, also probably her own time as think she usually starts at 9 so that I can get back to work. Apparently he is brill for them whilst having his cast changed so he obviously trusts them very much! I like the fact that the receptionists are also very friendly and calm especially as busy as it is sometimes! Well done all I registered my cats here as my mum always took hers here and never had a problem. Keep up the good work guys and thank you very much!

This is my local vets I use them for my dog, cat and horse. Majority of the time is overall fantastic. However my experience when I actually go into the vets to the reception is disgusting, the reception staff are the most rudest people ever. You walk in, they are talking to each other, notice you are there and still continue talking so you are stood there until they finish their conversations. I've been coming for years and the reception staff have always been the same.

I would highly recommend this vets I've had 11 rescue dogs but sadly lost 5 in the last few years n they have treated all my dogs with the upmost kindness compassion n nothing but being proffessional...

Gave us the wrong advise, leaving our cat In a really bad predicament. AVOID. Fobbed us off over 5 days then we had to get a referal to a specialist instead of just referring us in the first instance....

Used this practice for over 9 years. The staff are efficient, caring and kind. I always feel my cats are getting the best care available, even when last year, I needed an out of hours visit for my very poorly blue Burmese. Sadly I lost him, but the care he received in his final hours was the best.

Brilliant vets! My fur baby cat has had a tough 4 weeks, broken leg and have to have a couple of toes off. Steph his vet always makes time to see him early, also probably her own time as think she usually starts at 9 so that I can get back to work. Apparently he is brill for them whilst having his cast changed so he obviously trusts them very much! I like the fact that the receptionists are also very friendly and calm especially as busy as it is sometimes! I have used this practice since it first started and I can only describe the treatment my dogs have received as exemplary.
All the staff (Vets, nurses and receptionists) have always treated me in a kind, caring and friendly manner.
