At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

Visited on Saturday for first ever appointment as just adopted a dog. When I first rang the lady on the phone was really lovely and helpful and gave me a good understanding of what I'll get and how much it will be, she gave me advice as well and was very personable which put me at ease as I've never owned a dog.
On my visit the reception area is remarkably clean and was air conditioned which on a hot Saturday morning is a major bonus plus it keeps the pets cool. I was soon within 5 minutes of booking in and the vet I saw (caroline I think) was absolutely brilliant. A lovely woman who didn't force extra products on me and made me feel totally at ease which in turn made my nervous dog feel more relaxed. I was given some good advice and felt comfortable to ask her about things. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience for something that can be quite stressful! I'm very glad I chose this vet. Read Less

Had a problem with one of our dogs registered with this practice. Reasonable, if long winded diagnosis, with to us, invasive diagnostic testing recommended. We have since vastly improved the situation by changing diets. We were puzzled as to why we hadn’t heard anything after we paid the bill. However my wife has today received an email from a debt collection agency! I called the practice and was stroppily informed that they had written twice and called and left messages. LET ME BE VERY CLEAR, we have no phone voicemails, as a new build we have no post but provided an alternative.
We will, of course , pay the outstanding £52 we had no idea that this bill existed. I do find it strange that we get an email from debt collectors but the practice is unable to contact us.
Needless to say we will not return and as both of us are in business we will make sure our customers are made aware. Stroppy and unhelpful receptionist when I phoned to complain. “This is what I’ve got here”, don’t you just hate it when people make out you lied ? Read Less

My puppy loves going here, the staff are always friendly and happy to help, if my dog leaves with her tail wagging it must be the right place for her

Vets for pets Clifton is full of lovely staff. I see the same vet all the time as Pippa is used to Tabitha's personality. I recommend them.
