We have been going here for 33 years and the practice has evolved with the times bringing in new technology and techniques. The care has always been fantastic. I now also use the groomers who are lovely, friendly and do a nice groom. My only sadness is that they no longer provide their own emergency out of hours care but since I have fortunately not had to use the service I can't say if it's as brilliant as the care the Lawrence practice give although if they chose with their usual thoroughness it should be.
I would recommend Lawrence Veterinary centre to anyone, I wish they ran my GP practice as well.

Many thanks to all staff for looking after Harry for 14+ years until his end today. Special thank you to Sonia and after her departure thank you to Fran who gave 1st class advice and care. Also thank you to Richard and Ian for their involvement in Harry's final hours today. You were brilliant and showed great compassion and understanding to make Harry's transition as peaceful as possible. We have been with the vets on this site since the 1960's and have never had any complaints -today was no exception - we felt our beautiful Beardie (and ourselves ) received exceptional care . Once again thank you so much for turning a sad situation into such a peaceful one

Unfortunately, she had to be put to sleep after a suspected stroke, but your staff were so lovely and kind that it helped make a very difficult situation easier to cope with. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Lawrence Veterinary Centre. The whole set up is very professional, good value for money and (very important) the vets seem to actually like the pets, in our case a dog, they treat. Our 14 year old dog actually seems to enjoy going there - or it might just be the treats he receives!

Can I say a genuine thank you to the team. Even though our recent visit lead to a very sad moment for me and my wife, when our bunny "Smudge" passed away. The team were extremely sincere and supportive to my wife. The Vet even took time out of his busy day, a few hours after advising us that Smudge had passed away, to call my wife to check she was ok and reassured her that Smudge was a very well looked after bunny and they we had done the right thing. We both appreciated this and we're confident that the team did everything they possibly could. We've now decided to offer a lovely home to another bunny and we will be returning here, for regular check-ups. 5's

Excellent. All the animals I have taken to Lawrence Veterinary Centre over the past few years have received very comprehensive, competent diagnosis and care.
Blackie's an old cat, even so his thyroid tumour surgery was an amazing success and instantly restored him to normal after a very nasty illness.
My sister recommended Lawrence as she has been a satisfied customer for years. The team are good communicators and open to discussion, which makes it easier to make informed, well considered decisions for a better peace of mind.

Absolutely fantastic staff. My dog loves loves going to the vets thanks to how much they clearly truly love animals. We have sadly also had one emergency (random extreme allergy) and they were fast and understanding of my concerns. They took fantastic care of her and she was very very quickly back to being her usual happy self after being instantly looked after. I highly recommend their service for all pet owners.

I now also use the groomers who are lovely, friendly and do a nice groom. Can I say a genuine thank you to the team. Even though our recent visit lead to a very sad moment for me and my wife, when our bunny "Smudge" passed away. The team were extremely sincere and supportive to my wife. The Vet even took time out of his busy day, a few hours after advising us that Smudge had passed away, to call my wife to check she was ok and reassured her that Smudge was a very well looked after bunny and they we had done the right thing. We both appreciated this and we're confident that the team did everything they possibly could. We've now decided to offer a lovely home to another bunny and we will be returning here, for regular check-ups. 5's

Excellent. All the animals I have taken to Lawrence Veterinary Centre over the past few years have received very comprehensive, competent diagnosis and care.
Blackie's an old cat, even so his thyroid tumour surgery was an amazing success and instantly restored him to normal after a very nasty illness.
My sister recommended Lawrence as she has been a satisfied customer for years. The team are good communicators and open to discussion, which makes it easier to make informed, well considered decisions for a better peace of mind.

Really like them. I moved away a few months ago and still drive the 45 mins back for appts because I like them so much. Really good with my puppy and answering all of my questions. The First Step Plan...

Absolutely fantastic staff. My dog loves loves going to the vets thanks to how much they clearly truly love animals. We have sadly also had one emergency (random extreme allergy) and they were fast and understanding of my concerns. They took fantastic care of her and she was very very quickly back to being her usual happy self after being instantly looked after. I highly recommend their service for all pet owners.
