Before it was taken over by MediVet Buckley House was excellent and I had full trust in them with my animals. However since being taken over there has been ridiculous staff turnover and you never know...
Before it was taken over by MediVet Buckley House was excellent and I had full trust in them with my animals. However since being taken over there has been ridiculous staff turnover and you never know which vet you will be seeing or anything about their qualifications. The emergency vet services medivet use are terrible, expensive and the staff are quite frankly cruel. I used to recommend Buckley House to all animal owners but sadly can no longer do that. Avoid this place if you want to know and trust the people looking after your animals.

Took my 'baby' girl here today as unsatisfied with my previous vet.
Miriam was great!!! She explained the choices open to me ( unlike my previous vet) and we left feeling much happier and calmer with a slightly more positive attitude towards the future.
A great practice, I will definitely be moving my other pets here too.
