Can't advise what offers are like in other departments though. Staff are friendly and helpful. If they haven't got what you want in store, but sell it online, they will order in for you to collect (no extra charge for this). Always worth a visit to check out the bargains.

Easy to find and get to. With a large car park out front, easy to access disabled bays. Though during certain hours of the day there can be a large queue getting in and out of the car park.
Large chain pet shop chain supermarket. With easy disabled access, a large automatic front door, all on one level and reasonably large isles.
Has a large selection of what ever you could need for your pets. They also have a small vet service at the back of the store.

I'm sorry to say but I will never visit this pet grooming salon again. The staff are not adequately trained. My dog looked like someone had cut her hair with a blunt knife. Her face was all patchy. I've been taking my dog there since she was a puppy but good bye Groom Room! The groomer (I think her name is Kai, has no affection to dogs. Horrible service and attitude.

Always used this branch for the grooming parlour for “full groom” on my dog, happy with the end result but recently - last few months I can never seem to book my dog in, even tried just having a trim & brush but seem to still be faced with “No, fully booked! If you’d have called this morning, we did have some availability!” That’s all the replies I seem to get now. Started looking elsewhere now which seem to be quite a bit cheaper so I’ll look into their reviews if Pets at home can’t seem to get their act together. They aren’t the cheapest by far, but either employ extra staff, or manage your parlour better! Your losing valuable customers!

I would give no star if possible.
Today I saw three grown up hamsters in a small cage which was around 30x25cm which is way too small; also it did not seem like they were in there temporarily.

I'm sorry to say but I will never visit this pet grooming salon again. The staff are not adequately trained. My dog looked like someone had cut her hair with a blunt knife. Her face was all patchy.
