vetinary service excellent, have been with these vets for many years and have always been highly dleighted with the care my animals have received, however beware if you need to make a claim on your insurance, i am still waiting 5 weeks later for them to send the claim form in to my insurers so that i can claim my money back, customer service next to none

As a family we have used Ruddington Vets for 20+ years, I've recently registered my new kitten and can't recommend them enough. The staff are helpful and friendly and the vets are extremely skilled. Mr Mcloughlin is fantastic and I was really lucky to see him for Ronnies first 2 appointments.

A few years ago, I had a guinea pig called Honey. She became very poorly. Lisa the vet that we saw was lovely and quickly diagnosed her with a tumour and gave her some treatment. The appointments was scheduled very quickly. However the treatment didn't work so although we were seen at Ruddington there weren't any appointments however Lisa scheduled an emergency appointment at East Leake vets as we had decided to let Honey' suffering go away. The care we received was outstanding and they were just simply lovely.

Words aren't enough to describe the amazing skill and care given by everyone at the practice to my Hettie Dog .Luca was faced with a huge challenge given the size and location of tumour she had he and the nurses gave her a fighting chance and she's currently grabbed it and is back to her wonderful soft self. Thanks to Luca for making our 11yr old cat, Pop, so happy and comfortable. She had to have surgery on both eyes as she was suffering from feline entropion. Luca did an amazing job and Pop now has her eyesight back to normal. We can't believe the transformation in our dear little cat :-) Excellent care and at an excellent price. Thank you xx

The kitten bundle is great! Especially for people like me, who haven't personally owned a pet before. I was unsure of exactly what was needed in terms of vaccinations & neutering. Our kitten Rambo loves the vet & he received excellent care when he went in to be neutered- I felt very confident that he was in great hands!

Just changed vets, I have 2 very small Jack russels my little girls sacred to death of the vet's but was left thinking to herself how silly she had been when being fussed by the lovely vet. They were both given a really good examinations as well as their annual injection. Will be staying with these vets.

My family and i have used Ruddington vets for the last 17 years. They were and are still fantastic. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would never considering going any where but there.

A few years ago, I had a guinea pig called Honey. She became very poorly. Lisa the vet that we saw was lovely and quickly diagnosed her with a tumour and gave her some treatment. The appointments was scheduled very quickly.
