Had a discount voucher for a full check up. The only thing the vet did was weigh my dog and that's it. Took my dog to another vet a couple of days later and my dog needed medication for problems not p...
Had a discount voucher for a full check up. The only thing the vet did was weigh my dog and that's it. Took my dog to another vet a couple of days later and my dog needed medication for problems not picked up by vets for pets. Had an apology but no refund offered. Disgraceful.

I honestly can't recommend Vets 4 Pets in Eastwood enough.
From the reception staff to the Vets themselves, you can tell how much they all care about animals. My kitten had an issue with an infection...
I honestly can't recommend Vets 4 Pets in Eastwood enough.
From the reception staff to the Vets themselves, you can tell how much they all care about animals. My kitten had an issue with an infection in her mouth and Jon, the vet, did nothing but help us and her. At first no one knew exactly what she had wrong with her but john put in the time to find out, he even mentioned that he had been reading up on what my cat might have wrong with her and that he had contacted other professionals for advice and information. You can see how much Jon cares about the animals he is dealing with - he is truly professional and I would trust no other vet with my cat. Lee, the receptionist at Vets 4 Pets Eastwood is fantastic - he went above and beyond to make sure that he could help us and that our kitten could get the best care.
I know that my pet is in the best place she could be when shes in the care of Vets 4 Pets Eastwood and I'm really thankful for everything they have done to make sure shes happy and healthy!

We had to take our Cat for emergency treatment on the phone number which these people left on their answerphone. The Emergency Vet was in Dunkirk. They treated the Cat for a very bad bite and charged ...
We had to take our Cat for emergency treatment on the phone number which these people left on their answerphone. The Emergency Vet was in Dunkirk. They treated the Cat for a very bad bite and charged us 250.11 and gave us a receipt to take to Vets4Pets the next morning which we did. They gave us some antibiotics and checked the cat and charged us for the treatment, With treatment completed we left all the information from both Vets for these ones to complete a claim for the insurance. We then heard from our Insurance Company as it came under the excess. Further enquiry showed that not only had Vets4Pets NOT claimed for the original treatment -which they did not inform of, but they had also have destroyed the original Invoices from their own files but also those of the ones from the Emergency Vet. We are now attempting to get copies of the Emergency Vets bill to be able to claim from our insurance company!. Needless to say, we will NOT be using Vets4Pets in the future!

My kitten had an issue with an infection in her mouth and Jon, the vet, did nothing but help us and her. At first no one knew exactly what she had wrong with her but john put in the time to find out, he even mentioned that he had been reading up on what my cat might have wrong with her and that he had contacted other professionals for advice and information.
