Took one of my dogs there with kennel cough and was told by the vet that they would give her the vaccination. Paid for that and subsequent boosters, but when she got it again, another vet checked her records and v4p had not given her the initial vaccination. Have complained to them. Our other pet went back repeatedly for abscess but v4p charged me twice without resolving the issue. Another vet drained it and was resolved in one visit. v4p are only interested in your money and repeating visits to charge you again. Not bothered about the pain or problem for you pets. Nice friendly vets at Gamston close to the Morrisons supermarket. Plenty of car-parking spaces right next to the vets. We have been using them for many years for all our pets, Cats and the occasional dog and they are very skilled and proficient and helpful, both the Vets and the reception staff. They are also open on a Saturday morning which is very useful.
Cannot recommend them enough for all their help and kindness especially when we have had the usual tragedies that happen with pets. Read Less

Great place with incredibly friendly staff. Useful location too. As with all vets/ chains, it's a shame about its pricing. Although they do offer a great puppy care plan and yearly vaccination plan.

The receptionists are lovely, but unfortunately the same can€t be said for the female Vet. She was unprofessional, and quite frankly damn right rude when I told her I just wanted the bloods as I found out I could get the same tests done at another Vets for 40% of what they wanted to charge me. After I told her this she started typing the keyboard aggressively, and began to sigh at the desk - very unprofessional and quite disgusting frankly. I will never visit this Vets again, and I will take my cats to Ruddington, a Vets that actually care more about your animal than the damn bill! AVOID!!!! Read Less
