I registered my pups here in October 2017 and took them for their vacations and microchip in November at which point I was sold 2 best start in life packages which supposedly was to give them their vacations and the l4 vaccine and some puppy food after my dogs had first vacation and I went to pay I was told there was no puppy food in stock and the practice would contact me when this came in to stock this never happened 🀬 I returned to the practice several weeks later for my dogs to have the l4 vaccine at this point I was told my dogs could not have the vaccine because one them had a slight temperature and it was at this point I was informed by staff that I would have to pay for the whole course again🀬 I also attended the practice with one of my dogs who was suffering a quite severe skin rash on her abdomen at which point I was told by the vet that this an allergic reaction to her food and was given a body scrub for her and charged approximately £70 for a consultation and a prescription 10 days later my dogs rash had severely gotten worse so I returned to the practice to see another vet who no told me she had demedex mites and was charged another £70 the following year I had booked my dogs in for their booster vacations and attended the practice and waited 45 mins past my appointment time and was then told I was booked in on the wrong date and could not be seen. Then after emerging from lockdown I received a phone call from the practice telling me I had missed an appointment at this point my reply was I have made no appointment and I was then informed that an appointment had been made for me by the practice for my dogs booster jabs yet again at this point I was told I was notified by email not by phone call or letter in a timely manner. Constantly changing staff over last four years and very little notice if any to change of opening hours. Also have actually rang for an appointment to be informed there was no vet on duty that weekend and to attend my out of hours practice 🀬🀬 Read Less

Dear Craig. I am sorry to hear of your confusion regarding our practice's veterinary provision and I hope that I can enlighten you. We open from 8am until 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm Saturday and 10am until 4pm Sunday. We have five Veterinary Surgeons that work at the practice meaning that we have a Veterinary Surgeon available during all opening times and often have three or four vets working during our core week day hours. We also have a team of five experienced Veterinary Nurses, four Client Care Advisors, a Client Care Manager and a Practice Manager. I hope this clarifies things for you :)
