From the day to day mundane treatment of my mob of cats and dogs, to exceptional service when cancer struck!! A quiet friendly professionalism, shines through. Reflecting on the calibre of service, when one loses a furry friend, the most difficult of times indeed, supported ably by Jo and her growing staff.

Totally overwhelmed by the care and support you have shown us recently over the hard decision we had to make over our beloved dog Harvey. You came out to the house to euthanise him, the nurse cuddled him in her lap back to the surgery (you'll never know what that meant to me). Today we picked up his ashes having been away overnight. When we got home the postman had delivered the most thoughtful card of sympathy from you. Well done, you could not have done more.

I have used this veterinary surgery for the past 18 years and everyone here is wonderful. On Monday 1st June we had to have our beautiful collie Busta put to sleep. Sarah was wonderful with both Busta and my family as we were obviously traumatised at having to say our final goodbye. All the staff are so caring and supportive. I would recommend this vet to everyone.

All the staff at the Brook vet surgery are excellent. Took my two cats here from when they were kittens. The oldest one had to be put to sleep in July 2011, aged 17, Jo was wonderful with what was a completely traumatic time for us. All the staff were fantastic and so supportive, they even sent us a 'with sympathy' card that everyone had signed. We were so touched.
