General Info
Hawthorne Lodge Vets in Banbury specialise in treating a large variety of family pets and small animals in and around North Oxfordshire. The practice premises moved from Old Parr Road to West Bar in October 2011.
The practice has been registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) as a small animal tier 2 practice, in recognition of the level of facilities we have and the standard of care we provide. The practice is regularly inspected by the RCVS to ensure we maintain this standard.
We are also registered with the RCVS as a nurse training practice, with International Cat Care as a "cat-friendly" practice and with the Rabbit Welfare Fund as a "rabbit-friendly" practice.
For your peace of mind we provide our own out of hours service. This means that in an emergency your pet will see one of our own vets at Hawthorne Lodge.

Took Stanley our 11 year old JRT to have a good old check up and a bit of a teeth clean, David was very thorough and the team checked out all of Stans lumps and bumps. After quite a few extractions, Stan is back to his old happy, bouncy and very noisy self! Thank you HLV..I have my boy back.

I have just taken my 10 week old puppy Indie in today for her second lot of injections and I was very impressed with the service that I received from all members of staff. I think the nurse I saw was ...
I have just taken my 10 week old puppy Indie in today for her second lot of injections and I was very impressed with the service that I received from all members of staff. I think the nurse I saw was called Lacey? She was very informative and helpful and the clinic was very clean. I will definitely be recommending your service in the future. Thanks again!

Extremely grateful to the team at Hawthorne Lodge for everything they do for all our pets. Today was no exception by them coming to our assistance whilst we're away and had forgotten lady's Meloxicam....
Extremely grateful to the team at Hawthorne Lodge for everything they do for all our pets. Today was no exception by them coming to our assistance whilst we're away and had forgotten lady's Meloxicam.......they spoke to Dragon Vets here in Cheltenham and in no time we had replacement medicine for her. Many thanks for your help guys!

You guys truely are amazing we had our beautiful emma put to sleep in may last year then we got daisy our jr pup who again left us after 10 short weeks an all staff still remember her that was the worst time ever loising two dogs in space of 10 weeks but the staff were brilliant we now have our baby boy monty who is in perfect health an was castrated this morning cant wait to get him home later an hopefully a photo on here as promised lol xx
