Gemma was my vet that I used and I cannot fault her care and attention. Buster was diagnosed with cancer last year and she told us what we could do. We went for treatment and bar a couple of times Gem...
Gemma was my vet that I used and I cannot fault her care and attention. Buster was diagnosed with cancer last year and she told us what we could do. We went for treatment and bar a couple of times Gemma dealt with him. He was happy to go and was never stressed or worried.
4 the June I had to get him to the vets an appointment was made but not with Gemma. However we had to get him to the vets earlier and Gemma was there to put him to sleep. He trusted her and was in a safe place.
I have had many different vets from other surgeries in the past and will not fault their care but Hart vets is beyond any of these. Even the reception team are caring and professional in all they do.
I can only imagine that all the other vets have the same ethos as Gemma but my thanks to to her and the team .

Fantastic service!
I've had a lot of trouble with my pet's health over the last six months and as a result I've had contact with many different vets and nurses here and every single person has been patient, helpful and understanding.
My pet ended up having surgery and I was frequently called with updates by the vet and was allowed to call the nurses for updates any time of day.
We were also allowed to visit him and during which we were never made to feel rushed or in the way.
While I was in the waiting room for his follow-up appointment a vet and a nurse (who I was not booked in to see) both came out of their way to say hello to my pet and see how he was doing.
Everyone who works here seems genuinely interested in animals and acknowledges your pet to make them feel comfortable.
Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff, dedicated to the care they give. Our dog actually loved it here. Unfortunately we had to have our little girl (dog) put to sleep unexpectedly. Everybody we came into contact with throughout the whole process was brilliant, caring, empathetic and understanding. They were very informative throughout investigations being carried out and giving us time for an informed decision and one that was right for the best quality of life for our dog. They also gave us space where needed after she passed and we had great communication the whole way through. Nothing was rushed or pushed and our whole family are so thankful to everyone for their attitude towards us, our dog and the whole situation! We cant thank them or recommend enough.

Been using Harts for 9 years since getting my springer spaniel. We normally only do one visit per year for inoculations, but each visit we are treated well and you get real impression of care and not just a business. Also had excellent end of life care for a poorly cat in 2015, empathetic.

Having moved from a vet that I was happy with until they moved their out of hours to Hemel Hempstead the transition was quite difficult but happily I have built a rapport with the Waddesdon branch! Feel that everything is done with the best interest of your pet and the owner! Not always recommending the most expensive option but giving choices. Lost a couple of my lovely pets but everyone is sensitive to our loss. Worked hard to control my old sporty cats seizures and always there to call for support also picked up another one of my cats had developed a heart murmur

I've been with Hart for over 6 years and the staff absolutely make the place sparkle. I've had a few issues over the past 6 months in particular and they have gone above and beyond to make my pet and myself feel very welcome and loved. I've had insurance problems and though I have paid in full for the treatment, the staff are trying hard to get my issues with the insurance company sorted on my behalf and at no benefit to themselves! A big thumbs up to Lizzie who examined my pet on the floor as to reduce his stress ( by the way he is now in love with you!) thank you guys ana keep up the good work

Wonderful vets and nurses who give the best care. My 7 year old guinea pig had surgery here recently, any surgery is risky for a guinea pig and especially for an old lady but the vets and nurses did an amazing job and she's made a good recovery. I highly recommend this practice.

Nobody loves going to the vets but I have recently had two emergency visits with my dogs having only just registered here and I found all of the staff friendly and helpful, especially reception staff on the phone. I have found a vets I want to stay with. Prices have been sensible and insurance forms handled with no bother. Vets very thorough. Excellent on-site out of hours service- this is something that is very important to me. Thank you all for your help recently and in the nicest way possible I hope to NOT come back soon!

Been using Harts for 9 years since getting my springer spaniel. We normally only do one visit per year for inoculations, but each visit we are treated well and you get real impression of care and not just a business. Also had excellent end of life care for a poorly cat in 2015, empathetic.

Having moved from a vet that I was happy with until they moved their out of hours to Hemel Hempstead the transition was quite difficult but happily I have built a rapport with the Waddesdon branch! Feel that everything is done with the best interest of your pet and the owner! Not always recommending the most expensive option but giving choices. Lost a couple of my lovely pets but everyone is sensitive to our loss. Worked hard to control my old sporty cats seizures and always there to call for support also picked up another one of my cats had developed a heart murmur

I've been with harts for 8yrs and I cant fault them at all. Both the vets and staff are brilliant and take the time to explain procedures and prescriptions. When I lost Charlie all the staff was fantastic and handled everything with empathy and I received a lovely card which I still have with their condolences on. Thank you to you all for the care you give Ben xx

I've been with Hart for over 6 years and the staff absolutely make the place sparkle. I've had a few issues over the past 6 months in particular and they have gone above and beyond to make my pet and myself feel very welcome and loved. I've had insurance problems and though I have paid in full for the treatment, the staff are trying hard to get my issues with the insurance company sorted on my behalf and at no benefit to themselves! A big thumbs up to Lizzie who examined my pet on the floor as to reduce his stress ( by the way he is now in love with you!) thank you guys ana keep up the good work

Everyone here is fabulous and I still do tricks for them. They look after me and make me better when I'm poorly. Steffi is my favourite and they all really care.

Wonderful vets and nurses who give the best care. My 7 year old guinea pig had surgery here recently, any surgery is risky for a guinea pig and especially for an old lady but the vets and nurses did an amazing job and she's made a good recovery. I highly recommend this practice.

Nobody loves going to the vets but I have recently had two emergency visits with my dogs having only just registered here and I found all of the staff friendly and helpful, especially reception staff on the phone. I have found a vets I want to stay with. Prices have been sensible and insurance forms handled with no bother. Vets very thorough. Excellent on-site out of hours service- this is something that is very important to me. Thank you all for your help recently and in the nicest way possible I hope to NOT come back soon!
