Having recently moved to this surgery from another local vets, I feel all members of staff act with care and consideration for my pets. Especially when I lost my dog, they were so patient, kind and thoughtful. I'm also very happy with the health care plan that I have recently taken out for my Dog and Cat, excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this surgery for anyone moving to the area.

We've been coming to Jacksons with our pets for years however Friday was the ultimate test. Our old cat's time was up and we had to say goodbye. Stuart showed nothing but utter care and respect for her and made her last moments as easy and gentle as possible and that is something we'll never forget. I used Jackson vets for 15 yrs! They were fab to my Dennis for 15 yrs! And I thank them for that! But! When Dennis needed there help they were not there for him! In which I am v sad! Mr Jackson told me Dennis had tumour's on his kidneys! And was told to take him home and let him die!!! I was so sad but had to get a 2nd option, so I went to medivet at Woodstock paid and had scans, he did not have this! Which I was so mad! Mr Jackson went out of his way b4 when Dennis had problems and I was so hurt at the time and felt so alone! A v good vets! But I no longer use them as I was so upset when my boy needed them the most!

Having recently moved to this surgery from another local vets, I feel all members of staff act with care and consideration for my pets. Especially when I lost my dog, they were so patient, kind and thoughtful. I'm also very happy with the health care plan that I have recently taken out for my Dog and Cat, excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this surgery for anyone moving to the area.
