Sprinz & Nash is proud to be an Accredited Practice under the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ Practice Standards Scheme. Our team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated staff are here to help you look after your pet’s health.
The Practice has three separate surgery sites:

Out of Hours
Sprinz & Nash provides its own 24 hour cover.
Outside of opening hours, clients should call their normal surgery number and a recorded message will direct you to which number to contact.
All urgent, emergency cases will be seen by a Veterinary surgeon from the Practice, who will have at their disposal all the facilities at the Hospital, and the assistance of one of our Nursing team.
Out of hours consultations carry an additional fee.
Nurse Clinics
Our Head Nurse and her team carry out a variety of nursing clinics at Thame, Princes Risborough and Chinnor.
Appointments can be booked with a nurse for:
•Health advice
•Bandage changing
•Claw clipping
•Stitch removal
•Worming/tablet administration
•Microchipping *
They also run clinics to help with:
•Weight problems
•Dental issues
•Older pet advice
•Diabetic treatment
•PETS passport travel advice
Please call for further details.
Additionally
•Puppy Parties are run to encourage socialisation and to provide helpful advice to owners of new pets. The evening Puppy Party is held at our Thame Hospital and starts at 7:30pm on Wednesdays. Call Reception for further details and booking.
*From May 2014 to March 2015, Sprinz & Nash, in association with Dogs Trust, will be providing a FREE microchip service. This will be available in our Nurse Clinic on Tuesday afternoons 3pm-4pm.

My daughter was staying with her two dogs; Toby got really ill in the night. We called one vet who wouldn't even see him as he wasn't registered there. No problem at Sprinz! We were ENT at the surgery...
My daughter was staying with her two dogs; Toby got really ill in the night. We called one vet who wouldn't even see him as he wasn't registered there. No problem at Sprinz! We were ENT at the surgery by Josh who was calm and reassuring whilst Mandy the vet made her way in to the surgery from home. Absolutely brilliant care; lovely, kind staff. Toby is now fine; thank you so much Josh and Mandy, top job!!

We have used sprinz and Nash for over 3 years and were always pleased with their service! Sadly our beloved dog had to be put to sleep last week and I can not express enough how brilliant they were with the whole process! They were very thoughtful and supportive and made a very sad evening go as smoothly as anything like that can go! We have just been this evening to collect Abbi's ashes which has been presented in the most beautiful engraved wooden box with an engraved name plate on! It's just beautiful and made us very emotional! So although will not be using your service any longer at the moment, we would like to thank your team for all being so empathetic and reassuring! I would definitely recommend you! Mandy & Mat

When I moved I changed vet with Mia and Boo, but as Gomez was still living with Ian in the main - he remained at another practise ... After a while Gomez came to live with me and I still commuted to ...
When I moved I changed vet with Mia and Boo, but as Gomez was still living with Ian in the main - he remained at another practise ... After a while Gomez came to live with me and I still commuted to the other vets - however after a misunderstanding I decided to change vets - alas they only had my beloved Gomez on the books for a week... He had to be pts ... But everyone knew the shock as he entered looking ok - and they allowed me to say goodbye and spend time with him... No hassle for payment - no pre requisite of - is he insured how will you pay... They made an awful situation easier... I collect my beloved boy tomorrow - thank you
