I cannot recommend Sue more. She is an absolutely phenomenal vet, and person all round.
We have faced some complicated medical issues relating to one of our cats, and Sue has been fantastic. She is very attentive, and clearly knows her stuff - we are absolutely certain that this is why our little chap has massively exceeded the life expectancy of cats with his condition.
I have had the misfortune of needing to see a lot of different vets and specialists around the country over the years (we have taken in a lot of unwell/unwanted pets), and I can categorically say that in terms of both skill and empathy - Sue is the absolute best vet we have ever used without question.

Sue is wonderful - patient, friendly, and really cares about all the animals that come through the surgery. Wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.

I do animal rescue so I have worked with vets around the world. Dr. Sue Mulvey is by far one of the most loving, professional and knowledgable veterinarians I have ever met. I cannot recommend her highly enough. My only regret is that I don't live in England full time so I cannot use her services year round.

Absolutely horrible. We have been asking for our cats medical history to be sent to our new vet and insurance company for over 8 months. We have called, insurance company has called, new vet has called. We have even been in there so many times trying to get it but nothing has happened. We are having problems with insurance claims because of it. If nothing is being done to it very soon, you are going to be reported to the RCVS.

Offers 24 hour service.Have known Vet Sue Malvey for over a decade treating my pets. You don't need appointment just drop in from 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm Mon-Friday and Saterday mornings.

stole my money: advised me to pay for expensive tests on my cat, then never carried out the tests, and is now the subject of a court order that she is ignoring. I'd avoid this place like the plague.

I cannot recommend Sue more. She is an absolutely phenomenal vet, and person all round.
We have faced some complicated medical issues relating to one of our cats, and Sue has been fantastic. She is very attentive, and clearly knows her stuff - we are absolutely certain that this is why our little chap has massively exceeded the life expectancy of cats with his condition.
