After months of unexplained illnesses and a rapid deterioration over New year we moved our 3 year old black lab Mac to Fair City from another local vets. From the first time Fiona saw Mac things started to turn around - he was diagnosed the same day and admitted for emergency surgery which despite the odds he came through. Mac is now well on the road to recovery
The whole team at Fair City were supportive, flexible and understanding throughout the week Mac was with them. They understood the effect the situation was having on the whole family and went out of their way to help by updating us with phone calls, videos (often late into the evening) and daily consultations where test results were explained, x-rays reviewed and next steps discussed
Fiona is an exceptional vet, both in terms of her skills/experience and, just as importantly, her unparalleled care for the animals she treats. She communicated the risks and potential outcomes in a way that allowed us to make informed decisions throughout. it's no exaggeration to say that without her dedication Mac would not have survived the week.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fair City Vets and we wouldn't even consider using anyone else now

Reception staff very nice but the vets are very rude, non understanding, very abrupt, also when I ready the code of practice the sign when they start their training that they agree to treat any animal...
Reception staff very nice but the vets are very rude, non understanding, very abrupt, also when I ready the code of practice the sign when they start their training that they agree to treat any animal no matter what their clients circumstances are and this vets practice does not do so very very poor service from them
Would highly recommend using another vetinary practice

Very professional vets. Always have your pets best interest at heart. Very caring and honest, would highly recommend. I had actually been with the other main vets practice in Perth for 20 yrs plus and my family also used them, we were disappointed time and time again so I moved to Fair City Vets and they have been fabulous.

I have been with fair city vets group for over 30 years I have seen a few vets come and go over the years. Some of the vets I have jelled with really well over the years. Others not so much however I have to say the level of caring and dedication has been outstanding. Over the years my dogs have had many problems from minor to life threatening. Bear was very ill about 8 months ago and 2 vets spent hours to save his life which they did. This was after putting in a full days works. Then 1 of the vets sat up with him all night. I am so great full to all the vets in this practice for all there help with all my dogs and cats over the many years please keep up all your hard work.
