No compassion no customer care. Appaling communication and very rude. Receptionist arguing with senior vet as all to see and hear. Minimal communication. Blatantly lied about cat still on drip went into room and no drip on cat - THIS IS A MISCONDUCT CODE OF BEHAVIOUR PRACTICE BEING DISHONEST. Cat taken for a second opinion. Tower vetinary treated us unfairly and dishonestly, cat was dying no compassion or help given to open door or get into transport. Cat carrier shoved into our arms with urine in it. Parties blatantly lied about our behaviour as did not like our opinion or criticism. Our behaviour which was nothing but self controlled and courteous. This vets practice have not treated us fairly honestly and without discrimination. Read Less

Customer service by the employees behind the counter is appalling, their rude, arrogant and unhelpful. God knows why as it's hardly rocket science . The Vets themselves are ok. Took my dog to get neutered and received a phone call saying I had to pick her up as it was barking. I arrived and was given a pile of abuse because I wasn't quick enough and that apparently they phoned my landline number and no one answered !! I was told rudely and abruptly by some kind of kennel maid or something. This was despite me saying I was at work and to call my mobile number, not my landline as I wouldn't be there, obviously. On another occasion I asked for some worm tablets and was told, again very abruptly as if I was being told off, that she would check to see if I was a client first, which I took that she thought I was lying for some reason, I just told her to forget it and I would buy it in a shop or online where it's considerably cheaper anyway! On another occasion a friend took her dog to get euthanised and asked if she could be sent a bill as she was too upset to pay there and then, they said no and wouldn't let her leave until shed paid, disgusting. My current vet sent a bill about a month later which I think is more respectful to the pet and owner. As I say the vets were always ok but, but the counter staff let them down very very badly.
