Excellent Vetnery practice, the most professional and caring vet is Owen Bothwick, I have been a client of this vets practice for numerous years and all of my dogs have been cared for at this surgery...
Excellent Vetnery practice, the most professional and caring vet is Owen Bothwick, I have been a client of this vets practice for numerous years and all of my dogs have been cared for at this surgery, Owen gives his best to every animal, and the care he has for both the pets and owners are above and beyond. My dog recently was very ill and Owen was with us every step of the way, any time I needed to ask a question, it was no problem he would call me to talk me through questions and ease my worries, there was no question to silly to ask, he always takes the time to help. When it came that we could not help our baby anymore, Owen came to our home, he made our baby girl’s last few minutes happy in her own home with her family cuddling and talking to her, he spoke us through the procedure with genuine compassion and care.. he gave us time to say goodbye on our own.
Thanks to the care and the attention Owen gave to our girl, we spent the last few weeks with her being happy and playful, right up until we knew it was time.. we will always be grateful to Owen. 🎀

They are such lovely staff being taking my animals there for well over 30 years there reasonably priced wouldn't go anywhere else Ian and the other vets are great your animal is in safe hands

Had to relocate our 3 Jack Russell's from Quarriers Village to Melbourne. Owen Borthwick did everything to make the whole experience as easy and stress free as possible. He was great with the dogs during their many visits over the last 6 months and I can't thank everyone at Kerr Vets enough for their help

Best vet I have ever been to. Had an unexpected trip to see Ian when my puppy got a blockage and the way he dealt with it was fantastic. Recommend his services so highly!!

Just a wee note to say a mahoosive thanks to all at the practice, especially Natalie for looking after my furkid Tara who has been through the mill in the past 10 months, she has been diagnosed with Cushings syndrome and is adjusting very well to her treatment. I have brought all my furkids (dogs) to Ian's practice since the begining and have to say All the vets & practice staff have been very helpful. Thanks a bunch, keep up the great work.

Cant thank staff enough especially ian kerr and owen borthwick for the care they have given my dog when she was very ill.. went that extra mile to keep her at their practice , gave up precious family...
Cant thank staff enough especially ian kerr and owen borthwick for the care they have given my dog when she was very ill.. went that extra mile to keep her at their practice , gave up precious family time to go back and forth checking on her at the surgery .. this is what i call caring people .. and got her back on the road to recovery and back home .. thank you all so very much .. great vetenary practice x

Excellent Vetnery practice, the most professional and caring vet is Owen Bothwick, I have been a client of this vets practice for numerous years and all of my dogs have been cared for at this surgery, Owen gives his best to every animal, and the care he has for both the pets and owners are above and beyond. My dog recently was very ill and Owen was with us every step of the way, any time I needed to ask a question, it was no problem he would call me to talk me through questions and ease my worries, there was no question to silly to ask, he always takes the time to help. Had to relocate our 3 Jack Russell's from Quarriers Village to Melbourne. Owen Borthwick did everything to make the whole experience as easy and stress free as possible.
