Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Very impressed by the level of service and really friendly staff.
Our new puppy has just had her second vaccination and microchip and we were delighted by the way everyone made her feel relaxed and happy during what could have been a stressful visit. Really pleased to have taken her there.

I've been with them since April and until Emma C, started working at the front desk I was very happy and especially with the service from vet Kerry which I have a lot of respect for. I've never left much reviews, definitely none negative, and believe everyone may have a bad day. However, on many occasions Emma was rude and very disrespectful with no customer service skills at all. Shame to say but I would not recommend this vet to anyone unless you are happy to deal with misplaced documents, phone calls not followed up, not being able to use payment machine or even issue a receipt and blame the client although it was clear afterwards it was there payment system error and no apology was offered - I will be changing my vet!

From the receptionest through to the nurses and last but not least the vet, i would certainly recomend champion vets to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work girls.

I've been with them since April and until Emma C, started working at the front desk I was very happy and especially with the service from vet Kerry which I have a lot of respect for. I've never left much reviews, definitely none negative, and believe everyone may have a bad day. However, on many occasions Emma was rude and very disrespectful with no customer service skills at all.
