Sadly we had to have our beautiful boy Desi put to sleep last night, Desi was cared for by Cameron who was amazing in taking the best care of our special boy, Cameron's vetenary skills along with his care and compassion were second to none, Desi was put to sleep very dignified and calm and peacefully, both my daughter Megan and I would like to thank Cameron for making a very, very difficult and Heart breaking situation that bit easier in the manner he delt with not only Desi also both my daughter and myself. Thank you so much. Rest in peace Desi boy

Worst vets I have ever been to.
Young immature rude vet who was frightened of my cat . Injected her in her carrier so traumatised her. No nurses only one young vet who showed her dislike to you and...
Worst vets I have ever been to.
Young immature rude vet who was frightened of my cat . Injected her in her carrier so traumatised her. No nurses only one young vet who showed her dislike to you and your pet. Charged me for flea treatment and steroid injection even though my cat is indoors and has food intolerance. after I went to a more professional vets who carried out tests and now she is getting better . When i explained I wasn't happy with the vet I was told you can always take your business elsewhere so I have paid them for the cat carrier I left with as I am to fuming to go back there and will not be paying them for the 2 other unnecessary and traumatizing medications she did not need she was also only flead one week prior so I spent time in tears that day on phone to another vet worried she would die of overdose. These vets get away with there bad treatment to customers as it is a small village where the customers maybe went to school with them or are friends of friends . Well I'm.not and I won't take any form of bad treatment to my animals please note other positive reviews are people that now work there as the man Chris Jones was even harassing me on Facebook to settle my bill . How professional

I had my beautiful boy put to sleep on Monday evening due to choke,I received outstanding service from Tim who was very understanding and supportive throughout the whole time. He is an outstanding vet who has visited my horse on several occasions and I can't thank him enough for all his hard work.

Amazing service, called the emergency vet line on saturday night for my dog, thinking she had pyometra, they had her in first thing sunday morning and she was out of surgery by 11.30 and coming around. They really put my mind at ease by calling to let us know how she was every couple of hours etc. And we even got her home that same day! Even though they thought she may need to stay in. Thank you! X

Amazing service, called the emergency vet line on saturday night for my dog, thinking she had pyometra, they had her in first thing sunday morning and she was out of surgery by 11.30 and coming around. Had an emergency call out for my horse Sunday evening. Couldn't have asked more from the on call vet and then Iain coming out again Monday. Tuesday today and my boy is back to his normal self .

Sadly we had to have our beautiful boy Desi put to sleep last night, Desi was cared for by Cameron who was amazing in taking the best care of our special boy, Cameron's vetenary skills along with his care and compassion were second to none, Desi was put to sleep very dignified and calm and peacefully, both my daughter Megan and I would like to thank Cameron for making a very, very difficult and Heart breaking situation that bit easier in the manner he delt with not only Desi also both my daughter and myself.
