I have been with this veterinary practice for about 7 years. They have been really good previously but my last few visits have been about money grabbing processes and patronising receptionists. My dog has had treatment for an ear infection and a skin infection. Each consultation has been the best part of £100 which has been fine as I know my dog needed the treatment. However when I have either been told “call back if you need more antibiotics” or if the course of medication has completed and she’s needed some more tablets to just run the course a little longer as the infection has mostly cleared, I’m told I’ve got to take her back in to be seen at a rate of £29 before the medication, for them to see the exact same issue as before and continue the exact same treatment plan. It’s so disappointing and the receptionist was damn rude and antagonising! I will be using Medivet from now on as my brother has his dog registered there and they are incredibly helpful and understanding and accommodating and their staff are very lovely.

These are amazing vets. After not having much faith after our last vets severn edge has been fantastic. Would recommend to anyone. Fabulous staff and a tip top service.

I must admit I have never visited this practice. NOR WOULD I. How can they openly state they care for all animals when they employ a Fox hunter. Not only a Fox hunter one involved with the cat killing Albrighton Hunt.Not sure how that fits in with the ethics of being a Vet.

I had taken my german shepherd to a vets that failed to diagnose my dog with prostate cancer unfortunately after a week he went downhill I took him to see Rebecca at bridgnorth the care and consideration she gave my dog was 100% unfortunately Zeus didn't make it and was put to sleep after he died her care passed onto us I couldn't have asked for better care thank you

Severn Edge never fail to impress me, we usually use the Bridgnorth branch we have had two operations with them one was a Castration and the other was a emergency operation, both times been impressed by the quality of work and added benefits, like clipping the claws whilst under anesthetic. We recently had our darling girl Sasha Spay at the Donnington branch, im always worrying when ever the dogs are in the vets but felt really reassured by the lovely vet/nursing team, its the first time we have used this branch and was really impressed. The after care offered is fantastic, brilliant advice all questions answered thoroughly, provided with all the after care medication, food, buster collar etc... my dog suffers from separation anxiety so i have always worried about her being left for the operation, but the staff assured me she got on great and i feel she has really been looked after! We are now registered with the Broseley branch and Sasha had a check up and the staff were lovely and friendly. I know that if there are any questions or issues the team will be happy to help. Perfect.

I have been taking my dog (Kimchi) here since we moved to Shropshire three years ago. The receptionists are very friendly and each vet has a perfect "bedside manner" with my "girl". They are very thorough each time they examine Kimchi. I couldn't ask for more. I will never change to another vet. Many thanks. John Cutler.

I have been with this veterinary practice for about 7 years. They have been really good previously but my last few visits have been about money grabbing processes and patronising receptionists.
