I liked the fact that I booked my one dog lizzy in on the online booking on bank holiday Monday for an appointment yesterday. And the staff at Leominster was pleased to see lizzy.

Just registered my 2 dogs at Tenbury and the girls were lovely, so patient would highly recommend and I didn’t feel thick for asking questions where at the previous vets I did.

Just want to say a big thank you to the girls at the Tenbury practice today. Unfortunately had to say goodbye to my bunny & the girls we so lovely to me. They let me stay with her the whole time and nothing was too much trouble for them. It really makes a heartbreaking experience a little bit easier. Thank you so much again xx

Dont rate the owner of all the practices Clare, not friendly not helpful, empathy zilch, poorly stray took in said nothin wrong only to b treated at another vets, so very thin she didnt even weigh the poor thing! Nicki and Helen the best vets, the best girls to deal with in Tenbury are Katy and Lynne both know what theyre doin, helpful, friendly and have empathy.

Having just transferred to Teme Vets I took my Eldest dog in today for her Annual check up & Vaccinations. Was very impressed with the Vet (Andrew Cook) who was so gentle with my very nervous dog & his Holistic approach to her health problems - The Nursing staff were all very pleasant & helpful.

My dog SOXIE has been there twice and the first vet Helen was amazing but second time, very rough with soxie and saying I owe them another 63.00 pound when I was told the second time was free for the injections. But no the vet was rude and nasty to my dog and next time I either see Helen or move vets!!!

Treat the animals brilliantly and cannot fault with the animals however there respect towards the owners is absolutely horrendous! And money mad saying we owe money we do not we have paid everything we have had to towards excess from 1 insurance claim and 1 deceased animal which we have been poorly treated on the aftercare after his death! Definitely taking my services elsewhere in the future! Extremely not happy no respect what so ever!

Just want to say a big thank you to the girls at the Tenbury practice today. Unfortunately had to say goodbye to my bunny & the girls we so lovely to me.
