I found a German shepherd pup today i took it to Park Issa Vets and I understand that the owner has been found through the microchip. I was glad to be able to help being a dog owner myself and borrowed a lead from a lady who was passing in her car when I found him. No one at Park Issa asked for my name or thanked me for taking care of this collarless dog but im glad he has been reunited with his owner.

We have lived here for 27 years, since my husband came out of the army and I have brought all my cats here since.....9 cats in total.....the staff are all lovely people, very helpful, the pets all get personal V.I.P. treatment. When I had to have 3 of my furbabies put to sleep due to complications caused from old age, the staff were wonderful, very compassionate and sensitive to my feelings, I also received a condolence card in the post signed by all the staff, which I thought was such a lovely thing to do. Thank you ladies and gents for looking after my furbabies.

Took my cat in with a skin complaint, Vet decided on the treatment then insisted on sending off for tests that were totally unnecessary as they had already prescribed treatments, Vet even admitted it ...
Took my cat in with a skin complaint, Vet decided on the treatment then insisted on sending off for tests that were totally unnecessary as they had already prescribed treatments, Vet even admitted it was unnecessary but insisted on it, Presumably to sting us for a few more bucks, Weeks passed and no word of the test results, I was paying for it so obviously wanted to know the outcome, Had to ring up for results in the end, Whatever tests they were came back negative as the vet knew they would. All they seem to care about is money, Not the health of your pets, Will be using another practice in the future, One where pets health is the focus, Not stinging loving pet owners for all they're worth.

We left our bunnies in, 2 had died 2 were ill, we were told they seemed healthy and picked up. Told we could pick them up that afternoon. Instead we left them to be monitored overnight until we were taking our dog in for a jab, to be greeted (with our 2 kids) to the news of sorry last night one of the other rabbits died! Thats how our kids heard?!?! And at 5pm to be told the prev night out rabbit had died i felt they should have at least tried to call us, not waited for us to show up, knowing they had told us they were ok! Hope to never go back, looking for new vets now

We have lived here for 27 years, since my husband came out of the army and I have brought all my cats here since.....9 cats in total.....the staff are all lovely people, very helpful, the pets all get personal V.I.P. treatment. Instead we left them to be monitored overnight until we were taking our dog in for a jab, to be greeted (with our 2 kids) to the news of sorry last night one of the other rabbits died! Thats how our kids heard?!?!
