Having just moved to the area we needed to find a new vet for our three cats. All the costs were explained clearly over the phone, and when I had to rearrange our initial appointment due to illness this was not a problem. They were very flexible and had plenty of time for all our questions.

Yesterday a small, skinny, elderly cat walked into our building at Theatre Severn. She was friendly and confident but didn't want to leave. After asking around and giving her some food, and worried that she might get hurt on the road, we decided to take her up to Copthorne Vets, having previously given them a call, to see if she was chipped. They were absolutely fantastic (special thanks to Alisha). They scanned her (she wasn't chipped) and took her into their care so willingly with a promise that they would try and find her owner. Happily, they did and Polly was reunited with her humans! Turned out she was 18 years old ........... :) Would like to say a big thank you to the practice and all who work there. You not only did a great job but did it with a smile and a great deal of goodwill. Thank you so much
