Scammers thats all i can say, my wife took one of our little yorkie x in with a loose tooth, paid for the appointment only to be told she needed 1 tooth to be taken out and that was going to cost approx £200. so i took her back today some 4 days later only to be told its now £451 but maybe more. gobsmacked . i asked why only to be told thats what it is, even on the notes the vet said £200. so got a second opinion from another vet, who have never seen her before and said at the worst it would be £200 if she needed all her teeth out. THEY ARE PUTTING A PRICE ON YOUR LOVE FOR YOUR PET. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS . THEY HAVE REMOVED MY POSTS FROM THEIR fb AND THEIR OWN WEBSITE JUST TO KEEP A PERFECT SCORE AND DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW THE TRUTH. STAY AWAY TOTALLY DISHONEST VETS

Today was possibly the saddest day for myself and John( my husband) , we had to say goodbye to our beloved Mollie. We have been with Sarah and her team ever since we moved over here 12 years ago, we have seen numerous vets in the practice and they are all fantastic. Mollie had many ailments and during the past 12months we have been regular visitors to the practice each tjme we have had excellent service.
Today we had to make the decision to put Mollie to rest so called the practice immediately we were given an early appointment ,upon arrival was met with both compassion and understanding, we had requested an appointment with Sarah but unfortunately she was unable to see us due to her operational schedule. We were instead seen by a wonderful vet -(sorry forgot his name but he was an American )
He greeted us with a hug for me and a handshake to John and kind soothing words to Mollie he made us feel as if she was the most important dog in the world to him and as he gave her the first injection to sedate her ,he said prayers and caressed her head and gently stroked her, she became calm and seemed to like him. I had to leave the room as the final injection was given, John told me it was a peaceful and loving experience as Mollie slipped away the vet kissed her head and said further prayers all the time comforting John with kind understanding words with a hand on his shoulder to give extra support. We were given a poem by this wonderful man entitled "Rainbow Bridge" to read it breaks my heart but also is a comfort.
Thankyou Thank you for making this horrendous day easier to endure, we were so terrified of how Mollie would leave us . But she left this earth calm,out of pain at peace and with dignity .
God bless you our angels in disguise

I've been with oakville vets since Alfie my cocker was a pup he's now 10 he's had a few problems over the years and at one point thought we were going to lose him. Due to the excellent care they gave Alfie he pulled through since then only minor ailments but treated equally with the same care and compassion . I have lost 2 cats in a year and a lovely card and forget me not seeds were posted to mea lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a credit to the surgery.

I've been with oakville vets since Alfie my cocker was a pup he's now 10 he's had a few problems over the years and at one point thought we were going to lose him. Due to the excellent care they gave Alfie he pulled through since then only minor ailments but treated equally with the same care and compassion . I have lost 2 cats in a year and a lovely card and forget me not seeds were posted to mea lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a credit to the surgery.
