I’m astonished at the service I received today. 630pm
I’ve been with the practice over 16 years when it was called the old pound!
When the company changed to Severn edge it has sadly deteriorated.

I’ve been with the practice over 16 years when it was called the old pound!
When the company changed to Severn edge it has sadly deteriorated.
I was godsmacked then I rang to say my young springer spaniel (by the looks of it) needed his anal glands emptying. He has been fine today! But last two hours he became extremely unsettled and wouldn’t sit at all.
So I rang the vet to have them say that will be £97!!!! Yes £97 for a 60 second job.., I explained I do have the monthly plan with yourself but they didn’t care.. all they are concerned about now a days is the MONEY..,, sadly after years with you I will be cancelling my plan and take my business elsewhere..
you ought to be ashamed.
