Absolutley terrible they gave our dog 2 injections however failed to tell us what she was given until after, they never reported the vaccines in her report card until after they gave her lepto 4 and ...
Absolutley terrible they gave our dog 2 injections however failed to tell us what she was given until after, they never reported the vaccines in her report card until after they gave her lepto 4 and didnt discuss any side effects or symptoms to be aware of, they tried to charge us twice for the doses, our beautiful Pudge has now passed away just 4 weeks after she was given the lepto 4 jabs she was perfectly fit and healthy before these, we was not told anything about the lepto 4 we were not told of any side effects or symptoms, now we are heartbroken, pure negligence from Severn edge vets we will never forgive you and we will/are seeking justice for our pudge.

I cannot thank the practice enough for seeing Gizmo straight away as he was poorly, they treated him very quickly and very patient as he is very feisty, Adrian was very understanding and treated him pretty quickly I would recommend this vets to everyone as they care about our little fur babies.

My experience so far has been nothing short of perfect. Kind, friendly, caring. Registered both Milo & Sirus as I feel they will be in great hands when it is needed.

Really good vets, Adrian did amazing with my chihuahua she broke her knee and had to have pins, he is very caring person and kept wanting to see her to make sure she healed okay, he has a lot of love ...
Really good vets, Adrian did amazing with my chihuahua she broke her knee and had to have pins, he is very caring person and kept wanting to see her to make sure she healed okay, he has a lot of love to the animals and the staff that work there are very friendly and welcoming :)
