Our rescue pug recently had surgery at Quantock and she received 5 star care. All of the staff were very reassuring to us and kept us informed. They looked after her like she was their own. The surgeon even called us the next day to check on her. Going back for check ups all the staff were giving her lots of love and cuddles. Couldn't ask for more.

Great experience with all at Quantock vets. Our dog had been spayed by Kris the vet who had done a great job, recovery was very quick. Receptionists were very helpful when I came to collect her and the nurses gave lots of good aftercare advice. Excellent service!

We have nothing but praise for the end of life care that Rachel's lovely dog Joe received at Quantock Vets. The staff are genuinely caring and did everything possible to make an upsetting situation as easy as possible. All the staff work as a team and Hannah the vet was truly wonderful. This practice is worth every one of the five stars that we can award. Thank you!

Can't praise you enough! 7 o'clock on Boxing Day evening, when the local council weren't interested in helping with a stray dog you came up first on a random list of emergency vets offered by google a...
Can't praise you enough! 7 o'clock on Boxing Day evening, when the local council weren't interested in helping with a stray dog you came up first on a random list of emergency vets offered by google and I was ready to listen to an answer phone and try another number hoping that I'd get time to write down the number but no, your normal phone number was answered by a real person! And I have to add what a charming young lady she is! A true asset to your business! She happily offered to take in the stray and gave me directions and a few minutes later opened the door with a lovely Christmas smile (tho I suspect she smiles most of the year considering how cheerful she was despite the time/day). Thankfully she recognised the mischievous Hendrix and reassured me that she would contact the owners (again ) and make sure that he got home safely. Thank you for being there when needed with no fuss and hassle!

Have always found them very compassionate - they understand the bond you have with your pet, have always been there for advice and sorted things out quickly.
Never a problem to get appointments and the support staff are fantastic.
Very, very happy with them, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our rescue pug recently had surgery at Quantock and she received 5 star care. All of the staff were very reassuring to us and kept us informed. They looked after her like she was their own. The surgeon even called us the next day to check on her. Going back for check ups all the staff were giving her lots of love and cuddles. Couldn't ask for more.

We have nothing but praise for the end of life care that Rachel's lovely dog Joe received at Quantock Vets. The staff are genuinely caring and did everything possible to make an upsetting situation as easy as possible. All the staff work as a team and Hannah the vet was truly wonderful.
