My lovely cat was brought here last Tuesday after a serious road collision which left him with a swollen brain, broken jaw and bruised lungs. After a lot of care from the locum vet Luke and the nurses, including early morning updates calls to myself and the patience to let me visit daily, my gorgeous cat is home and recovering really well, which was incredibly unexpected! The team at Minster showed no end of kindness and interest, and I'm pretty sure heir have adopted Boomer if they could! Couldn't recommend them highly enough, so pleased with their gentle, honest, down to earth and caring approach, and their ability to cope with my tears the Tuesday night he was taken in - on that note, Nicola makes a cracking cup of tea to help calm you down!
