Fantastic veterinary service. Staff are polite and friendly. Areas are clean. Dose what it says on the tin. I had a pet put down not so long ago, they were so kind and humane. Going as far as to send a heart warming letter a week afterwards. I would recomend this place to any pet owner.

I was on holiday here and my dog was poorly and needed to see a vet.Found everyone extremely friendly and found they were brilliant with their care and knowledge for my dog.As I come here yearly it's nice to know I won't have to worry about finding a vet in this area.Will definitely use again.I was phoned with results,received a refund,and put my mind at rest !!!!!!

I have nothing but praise for this veterinary practice, they have been amazing with our pets, all the staff are lovely, friendly and so patient and caring. They really genuinely care for animals and spend as long as you need to get reassurance. Unfortunately we have also had to have one of our pets put to sleep and the vet was so so caring, sensitive and amazing, would highly recommend this practice

This veterinary clinic is only about money. NEVER make the mistake of leaving your card details to avoid the queue at the desk, They will just help themselves to whatever they think is outstanding with no reference to you at all. They give no invoices and no receipts for money taken. They confirmed to me on 3 separate occasions a cost of 38 to check over a 14 week old puppy. The vet argued with me about my own belief system of vaccinations, herbs and raw feeding - which I had not asked for and did not wish to discuss. She was rude in the extreme, belittling what I chose to do with my dogs which was none of her business.
At the end of this session having left my card details for the agreed amount I then found that they had helped themselves to 110 from my bank account. No agreement - no paperwork - no proof that this was even outstanding.
Upon speaking to this particular vet - who again was rude given how upset I understandably was - she put the phone down on me. I spoke to my bank and explained what had happened and they refunded the entire amount prior to investigating these vets.
I then - surprise, surprise - suddenly received a receipt for the money 'taken' stating for services rendered - what services? what breakdown? what was I supposedly paying for or being charged for that I was not aware of? This is fraud. This is stealing.
I have since been informed that these vets are noted for their greed and their credo is to push drugs and to try and raise bills to the limit and make their clients feel guilty if they do not allow the v ets to take every possible examination to find out what is wrong as basically they have no clue!
This is the worst example of greed. The worst example of chasing money at the cost of the animals, the owners and the reputation.
NEVER GO TO THIS VET!!
