We have only experienced one vet here - Niall Taylor so have no review of the rest of the staff. We felt that Niall did not take our dog's condition seriously enough since - upon visiting another vet - our pooch was hurriedly operated upon. Had we not sought a second opinion he might not be with us. Read Less

I can't fault the staff here at all! This was my first vet experience, and my cat had a reaction to her booster injections which was very frightening. The vets/nurses and the lovely lady on reception showed so much care, and were very calm which always helps in a stressful situation. I'm very grateful for the update calls and how well informed we were of our cats situation. I couldn't recommend Orchard Vets enough! Read Less

We would like to congratulate Orchard Vets on the amazing service that they give. All the staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. A very special mention is deserved by Vet Eva Kenny who is helping us care for our two elderly American Cocker Spaniels. She is caring, easy to talk to, professional, has a lovely sense of humour and always ready to give that little bit extra!! We feel confident that our dogs are receiving the very best of care. Great vets, had a little trepidation as they are commercial/agricultural as well as pet vets, but nothing to worry about, they are super sorted out our cats ears and made us as happy as the cat.
